摘要： Transceiver circuitry in an integrated circuit device includes a receive path including an analog front end for receiving analog signals from an analog transmission path and conditioning the analog signals, and an analog-to-digital converter configured to convert the conditioned analog signals into received digital signals for delivery to functional circuitry, and a transmit path including a digital front end configured to accept digital signals from the functional circuitry and to condition the accepted digital signals, and a digital-to-analog converter configured to convert the conditioned digital signals into analog signals for transmission onto the analog transmission path. At least one of the analog front end and the digital front end introduces distortion and outputs a distorted conditioned signal. The transceiver circuitry further includes distortion correction circuitry at the one of the analog front end and the digital front end, to determine and apply a distortion cancellation function to the distorted signal.

摘要： An integrated circuit transceiver device includes a plurality of functional circuits, and clock circuitry for distributing synchronous, in-phase, phase-locked clock signals to all transceiver circuits. The clock circuitry includes a frequency-controllable distributed oscillator including at least one coupled pair of transmission line oscillators having a respective oscillator core, and at least one respective transmission line segment. At least one impedance element couples the at least one respective transmission line segment of a first transmission line oscillator to the at least one respective transmission line segment of a second transmission line oscillator. Impedance of the impedance element is different from impedance of each respective transmission line segment to cause reflection at the at least one impedance element. At least one tap corresponding to each respective one of the transmission line oscillators outputs synchronous, in-phase, phase-locked clock signals for the functional circuits at points along the distributed oscillator.

摘要： Methods and apparatus for performing full-duplex communications using a G.hn protocol are provided. A second node of a plurality of nodes is selected, by a first node with which to engage in full-duplex communications. A first seed common to the plurality of nodes is retrieved. A search is performed for a second seed assigned to the second node. A first portion of a frame is generated for transmission using a half-duplex communications mode, wherein transmissions using the half-duplex communications mode are detectable by each of the nodes. A first group of subcarriers is loaded with the first set of phases generated using the first seed and a second group of subcarriers is loaded with the second set of phases generated using the second seed. The first portion is transmitted, in the half-duplex communications mode, from the first node using the first and second groups of subcarriers.

摘要： Methods and apparatus allow for passive determination of a driver's Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC). Alcohol concentrations can be determined from exhaled breath, however inconvenience to a driver is often a barrier for incorporation of BrAC sensors into vehicles. The methods and apparatus allow for passive determination of a driver's BrAC, while detecting and accounting for a wide range of environmental conditions that may reduce the accuracy of a passive BrAC reading. For example, a tracer gas, such as CO2, is used for verifying that the testing conditions are satisfactory for passive detection. If the testing conditions are not satisfactory, the vehicle driver is prompted to actively provide a breath sample.

摘要： Systems, methods, and apparatuses are disclosed herein for identifying a topology of a MoChi system prior to a boot-up of an operating system. A master SoC may detect, prior to boot-up of an operating system that uses the master SoC, an initialization command, and may, in response to detecting the initialization command, assign a first chip identifier to the master SoC. The master SoC may transmit a discovery communication from the master SoC to a slave SoC that is one hop away from the master SoC. The slave SoC may determine whether the slave SoC is a last hop SoC, and, in response to determining that the slave SoC is a last hop SoC, the slave SoC may transmit a reply communication to the master SoC. The master SoC may then assign, based on the reply communication, a second chip identifier to the slave SoC.

Each pixel may represent a color from a set of colors, with one particular color being a selected color, and each pixel to which the compensation value is applied representing the selected color. Where the group of pixels forms a rectangular shape, the gradient data may include horizontal and vertical gradients. The classifying may be performed according to a visual characteristic of a portion of the image, where determining the compensation value is based also on the visual characteristic.
