    • Drilling machine data is received during execution a plurality of processes by a drilling machine associated with each of a plurality of phases of a drilling project. Processing includes automatically detecting a start state and an end state of each of the phases, generating time stamp data in response to detecting at least the start state of each phase, receiving an operator input confirming the start state of a particular phase of the plurality of phases, and electronically identifying the particular phase based on the operator input. Processing also includes storing the identity, a time duration, and the machine data for each of the particular and preceding phases, and generating an output comprising the identity, a time duration, and the machine data for each of the phases.

    • Cardiac monitoring and stimulation methods and systems provide audio playback of cardiac events. and transthoracic monitoring and therapy. A medical system includes a housing (102) and electrodes (104) configured for sensing cardiac electrical activity. Another sensor (502) may be configured to sense heart movement and produce a signal in response, such as an audio signal. Memory (209) stores the audio signal and the cardiac electrical signal (850). A controller (205) and communications circuitry (218) telemeter the cardiac electrical signal and the audio signal to a patient-external device (420). Useful sensors include, accelerometers, piezoelectric transducers, and microphones situated in or ~n the housing or lead. Energy delivery circuitry (216) may deliver cardiac therapy. The device may further include a patient actuatable trigger configured to communicate to the controller via the communications circuitry. The controller (205) may initiate storing of the cardiac electrical signal and the audio signal in response to the trigger. The patient-external device (420) may further include a storage media.

    • A system and method for navigating coronary vasculature involves use of a guide catheter system which includes a guide catheter, a navigator catheter longitudinally displaceable within the guide catheter, and a deflection arrangement provided at a distal end of the navigator catheter. The guide catheter is advanced to at least a patient's coronary sinus ostium, and the navigator catheter is extended from the guide catheter to a location proximate or within an angled vein distal to the coronary sinus ostium. Using the deflection arrangement, a guide wire passing through the navigation catheter is directed into the angled vein. A lead having an open lumen is advanced over the guide wire to direct the lead to an implant site within the angled vein.
