摘要： The present invention relates to a robotic device for regaining function in the lower limbs of patients confined to bed in the acute post-stroke phase, which comprises a device for supporting and restraining the patient when the latter is lying down (11); b) a system (14) which provides for movement of the limbs, comprising, for each leg, a pedal (15) whereon the sole of the patient's foot rests, keyed on an orthogonal manipulator (16) capable of moving in a plane parallel to the sagittal plane of the patient. The orthogonal manipulator (16), controlled electronically, provides for the independent rotation of the pedal (15) around an axis (Z) orthogonal to the sagittal plane, by means of a dedicated actuator. The manipulator (16), therefore, achieves a movement of the legs such that the articular travel of the hip, knee and ankle is similar to that performed when walking, according to the speed. The device further comprises: c) a system of walls (25), suitable for limiting the movements of abduction and adduction of the knees; d) a device (27), capable of preventing the hyperextension of the knees during the therapy cycle. Finally, the device is designed to hold screens and acoustic indicators, to send cognitive stimuli to the patients with the aim of encouraging proper neuromotorial re-education.

摘要： A method for suturing the lens capsule of the eye in the event of accidental rupture thereof or to create a valve and/or to close a capsulorhexis by means of laser-induced welding onto the capsule’s surface of a flap of biocompatible biological tissue prepared so as to be optically absorbent at the wavelength of the laser being used for the welding. The method is suitable for use in the so-called Phaco-Ersatz or “lens refilling” ophthalmic surgery. The welding is done using laser devices that comprises of a laser generator and a fiberoptic system for conveying the laser beam, complete with an applicator handpiece suitable for use in welding said flaps onto the lens capsule in a liquid environment. The handpiece is shaped so as to exert a moderate pressure on the tissues to be welded with the free end of the optical fiber.
