摘要： The invention concerns a system for the gasification by means of pyrolysis of waste organic materials, that comprise primary reaction cells designed to receive an original material, means for loading the original material into each primary cell, means for evacuating ashes and non gasified residue from each primary cell, means for heating each primary cell at a gasification temperature of the loaded material for the production of a gas, canalization means of the gas from said primary cells towards a post- combustion chamber for a combustion of the gas at high temperatures and purification of the same from pollutants and noxious substances, and successive means for use as an energetic vector of the effluent fumes from said post-combustion chamber. Each primary reaction cell has a steel body with a special internal refractory coating, it is closed and is vacuum operated, and associated with means for continuously feeding it with the material to be processed and provided with means for evacuation, also continuous, of the residual non-gasified materials.

摘要： The inventive method for thermal transformation of biomass comprises the following: the material is loaded into a converter, the material is pyrolysed at a temperature of 650 DEG C to 950 DEG C and in the atmosphere of a reducing gas, steam is supplied after pyrolysis and a fixed residual is abstracted. The reducing gas is obtained by burning hydrocarbon fuel with a coefficient of air consumption alpha ranging from 0.85 to 1.1 and mixing burned products with pyrolysis gases of the biomass at a correlation of (1-3): 1. The inventive method for transforming biomass makes it possible to use the biomass as a clean ecological fuel and produce activated charcoal possessing a high specific surface of a value of 280 to 500 ml/100g.

摘要： The invention is directed to a process to prepare ethylene and propylene from a biomass feedstock wherein the process comprises the following steps: (a) a mild gasification of a torrefied biomass feedstock thereby obtaining a char and a gaseous fraction comprising hydrogen, carbon monoxide and a mixture of gaseous organic compounds; (b) a severe gasification of the gaseous fraction in the absence of the char to obtain a substantially tar-free syngas; (c) a Fischer-Tropsch reaction of the substantially tar-free syngas to obtain a first product mixture comprising of methane and C2+ aliphatic hydrocarbons, and (d) a steam cracking reaction of all or part of the C2+ aliphatic hydrocarbons obtained in step (c) to obtain a second product mixture. Methane as isolated from the first and/or the second product mixture may be combusted to generate heat for the endothermal steam cracking reaction in step (d).

The first product stream is an alkane rich product stream. The first reactor is configured to receive a lignocellulosic feedstock at the first inlet and a hot feedstock at the second inlet. The system includes a second reactor having a first inlet downstream from the at least one product outlet.
