The apparatus for encoding a signal by illumination change compensated motion estimation includes: an illumination change compensation unit performing compensation for an illumination change by performing a differential calculation between each pixel value of a current block and the means pixel value of a reference block indicated by a motion vector of the current blok and the mean pixel value of the reference block; a residual signals generation unit generating redisual signals based on the blocks in which illumination change compensation is performed; and an illumination changed amount prediction unit performing differential pulse code modulation (DPCM) based on the illumination change amount prediction value by reflecting the closeness between neighboring blocks in which illumination change occurs.

摘要： Provide is a 3-dimensional Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (3D DMB) system. The present invention can provide a 3D DMB system providing a more realistic 3D Audio/Video (AV) service to a user, while maintaining comparability with a conventional DMB system, by processing a binocular 3D image and 3D sound based on a conventional system structure. The 3D DMB system includes: a video encoder for receiving and encoding a video signal of a binocular 3D image; an audio encoder for receiving and encoding an audio signal of a 3D sound; a packetizor for packetizing the encoded video and audio signals into an Sync Layer (SL) packet; and a multiplexer for transforming and multiplexing the SL packet packetized by the packetizer. A 3D DMB receiving system includes: a demultiplexer for demultiplexing a stream including binocular 3D image information and 3D sound information; a depacketizer for depacketizing the SL packet and outputting a decoding stream of an 3D video signal and a 3D sound audio signal; a video decoder for decoding a encoding stream for a video signal of the binocular 3D image; an audio decoder for decoding a encoding stream for the 3D sound audio signal; and a scene restorer for forming and outputting a 2D AV or 3D AV scene by using a video/3D additional video and an audio/3D additional audio signal which are received from the video decoder and the audio decoder.

摘要： A digital broadcasting receiver with DGPS RTCM data output port and a terminal for supporting the DGPS service using the same are disclosed. The digital broadcasting receiver having DGPS RTCM data output port, includes: a radio frequency processing unit for receiving digital broadcasting signals and converting the received signals into baseband data; a decoding unit for decoding the baseband data to generate decoded data; a DGPS information extractor unit for extracting a Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) information from a DGPS data which is one of the decoded data; and a RTCM104 formatting unit for converting the DGPS information into RTCM104 data which is compatible with the DGPS RTCM data input port and outputting the RTCM104 data through the DGPS RTCM data output port.
