The composite web comprises a first fibrous layer and a second layer, the first and second layers each comprising a body-facing side and a garment-facing side and are disposed in a face to face relationship to form a laminate. The first fibrous layer comprises a fibrous web of randomly oriented fibers with respect to an X-Y plane, and a plurality of discrete regions of fiber reorientation at least on the body-facing side thereof, and a plurality of fibers having portions reoriented in a direction substantially orthogonal to the X-Y plane and extending toward the garment-facing side.

The product is stretched and stabilized to produce spaced-apart loop clusters (20) extending from a very thin web of taut fibers (402). 摘要： A process is provided for printing a graphic image onto a cue sports cloth to form a cloth layout including a bed cloth and cushion cloths. The process comprises supplying the desired dimensions of the bed cloth and cushion cloths to a digital computer, accessing a digital image, and scaling and dividing the digital image to enable the image to be printed onto a cloth, with part of the image on the bed cloth and part of the image on at least one of the cushion cloths. The image is then printed onto the cloth using a digital printing apparatus and suitable inks to create a piece of printed cloth having on it a series of image portions making up the bed cloth and the cushions. When separated and fitted to the cue sports table, the bed cloth and cushion cloths co-ordinate to create a printed image having a portion of the said image on the bed cloth and a co-ordinating portion of the image on at least one cushion cloth.

Furthermore, each tile has at least one color in common with every other tile, so that when the tiles are laid, the colors on adjacent tiles coordinate. All of the colors have similar intensities so that no one color will significantly stand out from the other colors. Moreover, because the pattern on each tile appears random, placement of the tiles on the floor in any side-by-side orientation simply creates a larger, apparently random pattern, rendering it impossible for any tile to look out of place.

The cord (6) may be secured by wedging in the gap or by attaching an adhesive stripe (2) on at least one of the foam strips (1a) to a surface on the inside or outside of the gap. The cord (6) may also be re-used by removing any painted foam strips or by re-arranging the foam strips to conceal any painted foam strips.

摘要： The present invention relates to specific methods of producing cleated rubber-backed floor mats (such as dust control or rubber mats) through the utilization of the combination of a perforated coated woven fabric article and a cushioned platen liner between the article and the metal platen of an in-line dust control mat manufacturing machine. Such a procedure permits a more efficient manner of producing cleated anti-creep dust control mats than previously followed. In particular, the fabric article is in the form of a conveyor belt and is preferably constructed from Teflon3-coated woven fiberglass which will not adhere to the tacky rubber component of the target mat and can withstand the extremely high vulcanization temperatures and pressures required during the production of a dust control mat. The cushioned platen liner, which is preferably comprised of or coated with silicon, is utilized as a separator between the metal platen of the manufacturing machine, as well as cushion for the molten rubber as it is pressed through the conveyor belt perforations during vulcanization. Such a cushioned liner material substantially eliminates any problems due to the force of the metal platen against the molten rubber as it passes through the article perforations. The produced mat as well as the woven fabric article/cushioned platen liner combination are also encompassed within this invention.
