    • A method in a radio network node for identifying a candidate cell for handover of a user equipment is provided. The radio network node receives, from the user equipment, a first cell identifier associated with the candidate cell. The radio network node signals a cell identification request to at least one base station serving a cell using the first cell identifier. The cell identification request comprises a user equipment identifier associated with the user equipment (102), and requests any cell wherein the user equipment associated with the user equipment identifier can be detected. The radio network node receives a cell identification response comprising a second cell identifier associated with a detecting cell, served by a detecting base station, wherein the user equipment associated with the user equipment identifier is detected. The radio network node then identifies the candidate cell based on the received second cell identifier.

    • A method of generation and transmission of a first data message over a wireless channel and for a device-to-device enabled cellular communication device arranged to operate with a cellular radio access network is disclosed. The method comprises including a transmitter identification, ID, of the cellular communication device in the first data message; scrambling the entire first data message, including at least data associated with the transmitter ID, with a scrambling sequence associated with a synchronisation source identity; and transmitting the first data message over the wireless channel. Further, a corresponding method of receiving and decoding one or more data messages over a wireless channel and for a device-to-device enabled cellular communication device arranged to operate with a cellular radio access network is also disclosed. The method comprises determining a first synchronisation source identity; descrambling a received first data message with a scrambling sequence associated with the first synchronisation source identity; decode the received first data message; and determining a transmission identity, ID, from the first data message. A communication device and a computer program are also disclosed.

    • The present disclosure presents a method and a network entity for load contribution distribution in a wireless communication system supporting component carrier communication. The network entity serves a first cell of a wireless communication system. The method comprises receiving (61) information on one or more secondary cell usages of the first cell, wherein a secondary cell usage represents a secondary component carrier load of a wireless device connected to a primary cell of one or more further cells which are different from the first cell. The information on primary cell usage and the one or more secondary cell usage for the first cell is compiled (62) in the network entity. The method further comprises identifying (63) the respective primary cell for each secondary cell usage. Finally it comprises sending (64) secondary cell usage information to a respective network entity serving the identified respective primary cell for each secondary cell usage.

    • The present invention relates to a method for uplink transmission performed in a wireless terminal served by a radio network node of a wireless communication system and corresponding radio network node method. The method comprises receiving (410) an assignment for an uplink transmission from the radio network node. The method also comprises determining (420) alternative usages of the assignment based on the received assignment. Each alternative usage is associated with a different Demodulation Reference Signal (DMRS). The method further comprises selecting (430) a usage among the alternative usages of the assignment, and applying (440) the selected usage when transmitting uplink data to the radio network node. The method also comprises transmitting (450) the DMRS associated with the selected usage. This alleviates the problem of suboptimal resource assignment from the eNodeB by giving some autonomy to the UE. The UE can thus modify the MCS (modulation or coding), the rank of the MIMO transmission (number of layers), or use only part of the resource allocated, and notifies this change to the eNodeB by selecting an associated DMRS.

The method comprises the steps of: broadcasting, using at least one message, a system information table and a version indicator of the system information table, wherein each entry of the system information table comprises an entry identifier and a set of system access parameters, such that a radio node broadcasting an entry identifier is accessible through system access by a wireless terminal having access to the system information table; and broadcasting, a version message comprising the version indicator of the system information table, the version message omitting the system information table.
