摘要： According to a microbiological soil decontamination process, the contaminated soil is collected and separated into a coarse fraction and a fine fraction. The fine fraction is decontaminated in a bioreactor (7), process water is recirculated and the decontaminated soil, possibly after being mixed again with the coarse fraction, is filled back. The coarse material of more than 0.5 mm is separated in a screening stage (2), light materials are possibly separated in a sorting stage (2a) and the fine fraction of less than 0.5 mm is suspended in a clearing stage (3). The biological pollutant decomposition of the soil suspension by aerobic microorganisms is carried out in a bioreactor plant (4) having a fluidized bed reactor (7) associated to a gassing container (8) whose operational conditions are checked by regulating circuits for temperature, pH value, O2 content of the soil suspension, as well as pressure and speed of the flowing gas and liquid. The soil suspension is thickened in the fluidized bed reactor (7) and then dewatered in a dewatering stage (5).

摘要： The invention concerns the production of synthetic aggregate for use in the building industry and in underground mining and tunnel construction. The aggregate is produced by mixing the waste ash with cement, wetting with water, compressing and allowing to harden. The ash, produced in the form of filter dust, furnace ash or granular material by incineration at over 700 °C, is ground alone or mixed with Portland clinker or Portland cement or another, organic, binder. The ground ash is then wetted by adding 0-20 % water, relative to the solids content, and agglomerated. Additional water is added to the mixture, which is then set and used as aggregate.

摘要： A process is disclosed for allothermic gasification of coal under pressure with water vapour in a gas generator containing heat-exchange tubes for the heat transfer medium. The hot heat transfer medium that enters the gas generator by the heat-exchange tubes is first introduced in the gasification zone, then in the pyrolysis zone. The coal to be gasified flows counter-currently through the gaz generator, so that the current of cooled heat tansfer medium is used for heating and pyrolyzing the coal, whereas the heat for gasification is taken from the current of the still hot heat transfer medium. Gas generators vertically or horizontally arranged with fitting designs are used for implementation of the process.
