摘要： The invention concerns a process for preparing coating powder compositions in which one or a plurality of base resins and one or a plurality of hardeners, each of which is in solid form, is dissolved with a low-molecular compound above its critical pressure and critical temperature. This low-molecular compound is inert with respect to the base resins and hardeners and is in gaseous form under normal operating conditions with respect to pressure and temperature. The pressure of the resultant solution is then reduced, for example, by spraying. The resultant coating powder composition can be sprayed directly onto a substrate to be coated. Coating powders can also be recycled according to the process of the invention.

摘要： A water-dilutable coating, a process for preparing the same and its use are disclosed. The coating contains: A) 40 to 95 % by weight of a film-forming, possibly at least partially neutralised polyurethane resin containing OH groups, or a mixture of such resins, as an aqueous dispersion; B) 60 to 5 % by weight of one or several polyisocyanates having more than one free isocyanate group and rendered fluid at room temperature, by admixture of one or several organic solvents; and C) optionally one or several additional binders, usual pigments, fillers and/or the usual lacquer additives and auxiliary substances. The percentages by weight of A) and B) refer to the solid resin content and add up to 100 % by weight.

摘要： The description relates to a process and device for the spraying of liquid single-component paints in a spray booth (10) through which a current of air is blown, with the overspray captured and removed. Here, a single-component paint with a non-volatile matter content of over 90 % wt is used and over 80 % of the overspray is captured inside the booth (10) on one or more collector surfaces (11) without wet wash-out and removed from the booth therewith. The remaining quantity of overspray is separated from the air current leaving the booth (10) by means of one or more liquid/gas separating plants (15, 16). The overspray removed from the spray booth (10) is combined with fresh paint for direct re-use without any preparation. The air current leaving the spray booth (10) is returned to the booth.

摘要： Liquid mixtures of photo-initiators. Photo-initiators of the acylphosphane oxide type are only poorly soluble in radiation-curable compounds. The aim of the invention is to make soluble variants available. Acylphosphane oxide photo-initiators are therefore liquefied by the addition of one or more other photo-initiators which are solid or liquid at room temperature and optionally heating the mixture. Such photo-initiator mixtures can be used for photopolymerization purposes.
