With the upward and downward movement of the cylinders' body, the combustion area is increased and decreased respectively, and therefore, the combustion ratio is altered, regardless of the displacement.

    • The present invention relates to a distribution system for internal combustion engines with 4-stroke cycle and cylinder heads with a number of valves per cylinder equal to or greater than 2, wherein a shaft (7) consists in each of its sides of an inner channel (21) which has a cam path and acts as a guide for a pin or roller (22) placed at the lower end of the exhaust valve rocker arm (10) and intake valve rocker arm (11), respectively. By the rotation of the shaft (7), pins or rollers (22) actuate the rocker arms (10) into valve opening and closing movements and hence in intake and exhaust movements, which are controlled by the path/shape of inner channels (21). The present invention allows controlling the movement of the valves and using intake and exhaust springs with force/displacement constant 50% less to those of conventional nature, as well as allows replacing double- overhead cam systems.
