摘要： By providing an elastic form stable material which is capable of being delivered directly to a specific desired location within a living creature and provides increased strength and rigidity to the injected location, disorders of the trabecular bone or subchondral tissue of a living creature are able to be effectively treated. Treatment of necrosis of the bone beneath the cartilage in skeletal joints and other defects in bony or cartilaginous structures is achieved with a variation of the subject material specific to each application. In the preferred method, the elastic form stable material is injected directly into the affected area, thereby achieving the desired result.

摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zu Herstellung einer Keramik, eine mit diesem Verfahren hergestellte Keramik und ihre Verwendung. Im erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird zunächst ein Grünkörper, der aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen, zu einem Formkörper verdichteten Pulvermischungen besteht, die jeweils ein keramisches Pulver sowie eine färbende Metallverbindung und/oder ein Farbpigment enthalten, wobei sich jeweils zwei Pulvermischungen in ihrer Zusammensetzung an färbender Metallverbindung und/oder Farbpigment unterscheiden, hergestellt und anschließend gesintert, wobei die Formgebung der Keramik vor der Sinterung und/oder als Zwischenschritt, während dessen die Sinterung unterbrochen und nach der Formgebung weitergeführt wird, erfolgt. Erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Keramiken eigenen sich als farblich gradierte Dentalkeramiken oder als Dentalkeramiken mit einem Farbgradienten.

摘要： The present invention provides a dental composition comprising a curable blend of one or more polythiol compounds and one or more polyvinyl compounds; where one or both compounds are oligomers. In one aspect, the polythiol compounds are polythiol oligomers formed by prepolymerization of polyvinyl monomers in the presence of an excess of polythiol monomers. In another aspect, the polyvinyl compounds are polyvinyl oligomers formed by prepolymerization of polythiol monomers in the presence of an excess of polyvinyl monomers. The dental composition may further comprise one or more fillers or photoinitiators known in the art. The invention also comprises methods of making a dental prosthesis comprising the composition described above. Use of the thiol-ene oligomeric system results in cured (polymerized) dental compositions having improved physical properties, including low-shrinkage properties and reduced shrinkage induced-stress, enhanced double bond conversion percentage, and reduced odor.
