    • The invention relates to a method for analyzing a liquid sample as to the presence of at least one of at least two predetermined, different types of sample macromolecules, the probability that said at least two predetermined types of different sample macromolecules are present in the sample being less than 20 percent. In said method, a support is provided that comprises at least one reaction center to which at least two types of probe macromolecules are bound. Said at least two types of probe macromolecules are complementary to the at least two predetermined types of different sample macromolecules in such a way as to be able to specifically react therewith. A marking step is carried out for marking at least the predetermined sample macromolecules, the sample is brought in contact with the at least one reaction center such that a reaction can take place between the predetermined sample macromolecules and the respective complementary probe macromolecules, uncombined sample material is removed, and the presence of sample macromolecules that are specifically bound to the at least one reaction center is verified.
