    • The present invention relates to methods and devices for mobility management in a cellular communications system. A user equipment maintains (21) at least two sets of mobility trigger parameters. Each set of mobility trigger parameters corresponds to a predetermined user equipment speed range. The user equipment determines (22) a speed range that the speed of the user equipment falls into and selects (23), based on the determined speed range, at least one set of mobility trigger parameters to be used for performing mobility-based decisions. If the user equipment is in connected mode a network base station may select a set of mobility trigger parameters to be used for performing handover decisions based on a determined speed range of the user equipment. Advantages are that ping-pong mobility decisions may be avoided and it is sufficient to determine a range for the UE speed, which is less complicated than determining an accurate speed of the UE particularly in idle mode.

    • A method in a base station for configuring a wireless terminal for performing a cell reselection or handover evaluation process "evaluation process" is provided. The wireless terminal is arranged to perform multiple evaluation processes parallel to each other, which multiple evaluation processes are governed by different set of mobility parameters. The base station determines (302) whether or not the multiple parallel evaluation processes, shall be used by the wireless terminal, based on the result of an establishment (301) of the mobility state, such as movement speed, of the wireless terminal.     • The present invention relates to exchanging a cell-specific parameter such as the A-MPR, comprising information related to a required additional maximum power reduction of a UE transmitter between networks nodes. The networks nodes may be radio base stations or other network nodes such as radio network controllers or core network nodes exemplified by access gateways (aGWs). By exchanging this cell- specific parameter with information of the required additional maximum power reduction between the network nodes, the cell-specific parameter is provided to the radio base station of the serving cell which implies that the serving cell can send the cell-specific parameter of the target cell to the UE prior to the handover from the serving cell to the target cell. This result in that the UE can start transmission to the target cell with the correct cell-specific parameter and the out-of-band emission requirements can be fulfilled in the target cell.
