    • Effectively displaying the results of a search, or identifying a specific object in a collection when the user only has a vague recollection of the properties of the object or is uncertain of the best search terms to use, is a difficult problem. To address such difficulties a method for displaying a collection of objects in three dimensions (3D) is described. Each object is represented using an image or icon and has associated metadata. Common metadata attributes such as colour (RGB, Brightness), creation date, title etc, between the objects are used to define a data space and each object is assigned a point in the dataspace. The dataspace is then projected down to a 3D viewing space where a representation or image of the object will be displayed in. To improve the visualisation of the objects, the projected points are adjusted so as to reduce the clustering of points whilst maintaining or preserving the order of the points. This declustering step preserves the structural relationship between the objects while optimising the viewing volume (effectively reducing void spaces in the displayed collection) thus improving the visual representation of the collection and allowing more efficient identification and selection of an object in the collection. The method can be used for visualising search results, files on a computer, objects in a physical library, or products for sale on a website, and can produce up to an 80% reduction in search times.

    • A method and system for carrying out an online transaction is disclosed.     • The invention provides a fermentation arrangement for fermenting a brew including a vessel having an internal volume adapted to support fermentation of a brew therein, a settable energy device arranged to deliver and extract energy respectively to and from the internal volume of the vessel, and a temperature controller device for controlling the amount and period of energy delivery and extraction of the settable energy device to achieve a temperature within the vessel according to one or more modes of operation, wherein the modes of operation include at least a storage mode associated with the end of fermentation, and the setting of energy in the storage mode is such as to maintain the fermented brew in a stable state. End of fermentation may be detected by measuring for temperature stratification, using temperature sensors positioned at different heights of the brew.

    • The present invention relates to a refillable keg assembly for use in dispensing beverages, in particular beer. The keg assembly comprises an outer shell, and a collapsible container for holding the beverage, positionable within the outer shell. A sealed cavity is defined between the outer shell and the collapsible container. A beverage outlet from the collapsible container enables beer to be dispensed from the keg assembly, and a gas valve allows gas to enter the cavity. The pressure in the container is maintained above atmospheric pressure, and when dispensing the beverage, pressure in the cavity collapses the collapsible container and forces the beverage out through the beverage outlet. A gas compressor is connected to the gas valve, and is activated by a pressure switch to maintain the pressure within the cavity. To refill the keg assembly, the collapsible container can be replaced, and a new collapsible container filled whilst within the outer shell.
