摘要： A padlock having a removable or interchangeable shackle is disclosed. The padlock comprises a lock body and a shackle, the shackle being movable in an axial direction between a locked position and an unlocked position, the short leg being withdrawn from the lock body in the unlocked position. The padlock also comprises a retaining shaft receivable within a corresponding bore of the lock body, wherein the long leg includes a longitudinal recess for providing a travel path for the movement of the shackle from a locked position defined by the retaining shaft engaging a first end of the longitudinal recess to an unlocked position defined by the retaining shaft engaging a second end of the longitudinal recess to prevent the shackle from being removed from the lock body when the shackle is in the unlocked position.

The tamper-proof padlock box includes a guard lock box, a padlock, and a key-receiving track mechanism. The padlock includes a U-shaped shank and a locking body. The guard lock box includes a tubular body, a bottom, a removable top, and a staple-receiving hole. The removable top is slidably mounted to the tubular body and supports the padlock. The U-shaped shank is rotatably mounted to the removable top about a leg of the U-shaped shank. The leg is oriented normal to the removable top. The staple-receiving hole allows a padlock staple access to the padlock and normally traverses through a rear sidewall. The key-receiving track mechanism is mechanically integrated into the bottom.

摘要： A dual locking padlock having a code locking mechanism and an overriding mechanism is disclosed. The housing has a top body, a stack of dials and clutches mounted on a bottom body, and a spindle engaging with the clutches. The spindle has a channel to store the heel of a shackle. An upward movement of the spindle allows the shackle to be pulled upward to unlock the padlock. Each dial has a plurality of teeth with slope-like surfaces to engage with the wave slots of a clutch. Clutches are rotatable relative to the spindle only when the lock is in the locked mode along with the dials. In the opened mode, a dial can be turned relative to a clutch by disengaging the teeth from wave-slots. The spindle is allowed to move upward either when a correct combination code is used or when a key activates the overriding mechanism.

A method of transforming a mobile device into a device configured to interface with an electronic padlock includes distributing computer-readable instructions configured to instruct one or more processors of the mobile device to display a graphical user interface configured to enable a user to alter settings of the electronic padlock.
