摘要： A method and assembly for injection molding a part. The injection molding assembly has a frame and a core back assembly on the frame with a material controlling region. The core back assembly has first and second states with the material controlling region: i) in a first position with the core back assembly in the first state; and ii) in a second position with the core back assembly in the second state. First and second mold units are configured to be placed in operative relationship on the frame wherein the first and second mold units cooperate to form a mold cavity on the frame. 摘要： It is described a method and an apparatus for injection co-mould and assemble plastic material objects having a first part provided with a hinge pin, and a second part provided with an annular element suitable to be coupled in an articulated manner. The apparatus includes a mould having separated moulding impressions for the two parts to be moulded; a first moulding pin element defining the pin impression and a second moulding pin element defining the annular element impression are provided. The apparatus includes cooling means; particularly the first pin element is internally provided with a channel and a tubular element, being coaxially arranged and defining a cooling gap. A cooling fluid flows through the tubular element and the gap. Cams are provided which axially move the pin elements to cause the automatic assembly of the object during the mould opening and then to allow extracting the moulded object.

摘要： An injection blow molding (IBM) system and method for forming a plurality of parisons and molded articles. The IBM system includes an injection station having upper and lower die sets and a plurality of upper and lower mold half blocks each attached to a respective die set. Each of the upper mold half blocks has a corresponding lower mold half block with which it cooperatively defines one or more cavities for forming the exterior shape of the body of one or more of the parisons. The individual, independent attachment of the mold half blocks to the die sets allows easy individual replacement of faulty or worn mold blocks. Further, such an independent attachment configuration also permits the mold half blocks of each die set to be spaced from one another, so as to reduce thermal expansion problems and ease dimensional tolerances required for the width of the mold half blocks.
