摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to improve the handling and usability of rubber only-type gaskets. To achieve said purpose, a gasket molding is obtained by combining a rubber only-type gasket body with a film carrier obtained from a resin film that holds the gasket body in an unbonded state. The gasket molding is characterized in that: in addition to a gasket-holding section for holding the gasket body, the film carrier has temporary tacking sections that are surface-treated to temporarily tack the gasket body to said film carrier; the gasket body has temporary tack-receiving sections that are temporarily tacked to the temporary tacking sections; and the temporary tacking sections and temporary tack-receiving sections are removed from the film carrier and the gasket body when the film carrier and gasket body are punched into the product shapes.

Moreover, when the laser beam is emitted a plurality of times in the same direction along the fixed welding line, the irradiation positions of the start ends or/and the termination ends of the irradiation are shifted away from each other so that the irradiation energy can be dispersed.

摘要： This invention provides a highly reliable separator integrated gasket for fuel cells free from deformation of a separator in a gasket molding process. In order to achieve the object, a pair of separators having adjacent portions approaching each other and separation portions separating from each other in a stacked state and having manifold holes opened in the separation portions are stacked via a spacer in which an inner peripheral hole is opened and which enables the circulation of a fluid in a direction orthogonal to the stacking direction so that the manifold hole and the inner peripheral hole are continuous to each other, a stacked object of the separators and the spacer is disposed in a mold, and then a rubber molding material is charged into and cured in gasket molding cavities defined between a surface opposite to the spacer in the separator and the mold.

摘要： In a fuel battery seal structure, a gasket has a base portion fitted in a non-bonded manner to a seal installation groove of a separator, and a seal protrusion brought into close contact with a seal groove of a separator. Presser projections and clearance grooves are formed in both sides in a width direction of the seal groove. The presser projections are brought into contact with the base portion of the gasket, and the clearance grooves are positioned in an opposite side to the seal groove as seen from the presser projections. Sum of widths of the seal groove and the presser projections in both sides thereof is smaller than a width of the seal installation groove, and sum of widths of the seal groove, and the presser projections and the clearance grooves in both sides thereof is larger than the width of the seal installation groove.

摘要： In order to achieve lower costs in a molding apparatus using a mold by reducing mold cleaning steps following releasing of the product from the mold and shortening the molding cycle, the apparatus is equipped with a plurality of fixed molds and movable molds which are heated to the temperature necessary to harden a molding material and come together by means of clamping to form a cavity, and a non-heated cold runner which supplies the molding material from an injection device to the interior of the cavity via a gate opened in the movable mold, the fixed molds and movable molds being movable between an injection stage where the injection device and cold runner (32) are present and an opening stage near the injection stage.
