摘要： A paint sprayer includes a cart assembly supporting a motor and a fluid intake conduit. The cart assembly has a frame with a pair of spaced-apart legs for supporting the cart assembly in an upright position, a telescoping handle movable between a retracted handle position and an extended handle position, an upper bracket projecting from the telescoping handle and a telescoping support movable between a retracted support position and an extended support position. The telescoping support supports the cart assembly in an inclined position between the upright position and a horizontal position of the cart assembly. The cart assembly has a pair of lower wheels for rolling the cart assembly when tilted back from the upright position and at least one upper wheel disposed on the telescoping handle for rolling the cart assembly along with the pair of lower wheels when in the horizontal position.

摘要： Provided are a centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism and a liquid injection method thereof. The centrifugal battery liquid injection mechanism comprises a liquid injection device and a driving device, the liquid injection device is provided with a piston mechanism and a liquid outlet head capable of being opened and closed, and one end of the liquid injection device close to the liquid outlet head is further provided with a liquid injection port capable of being opened and closed; and the liquid injection port is used for injecting a wetting liquid into the liquid injection device. The liquid injection device is connected with a to-be-wetted device through the liquid outlet head, so as to inject the wetting liquid into the to-be-wetted device. The driving device is connected with the to-be-wetted device for driving the to-be-wetted device to move.

摘要： An adhesive dispensing system for applying liquid adhesive to a substrate using different nozzles with the same manifold is disclosed. The adhesive dispensing system includes a manifold having a body, a first clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, a second clamp configured to engage the body of the manifold, and a nozzle. The first and second clamps secure the nozzle to the body of the manifold. The body of the manifold has a first contact surface that engages the first clamp and a second contact surface that engages the second clamp and the nozzle, where the second contact surface is angularly offset from the first contact surface.

摘要： A dispensing assembly for dispensing fluid generally includes a container having a handle located toward an upper portion of the container, and a sprayer having arms extending away from the sprayer. Such a dispensing assembly can be made by forming the container with a handle located toward an upper portion of the container, and forming the sprayer with the arms such that the arms can be used to couple the sprayer to the handle of the container, where the arms extend away from the sprayer and define the channel for receiving at least part of the handle of the container into the channel.

摘要： Modular mechanically driven diaphragm pump features are presented herein. Such a diaphragm pump can include a motor, a drive mechanism, and a coupling mounted on a wheeled frame. A diaphragm pump can be mounted to the coupling by forming mechanical static and dynamic connections to brace a housing of the diaphragm pump relative to a drive rod which is moved by the drive mechanism to operate the pump. These mechanical static and dynamic connections can be broken to dismount the pump for replacement or servicing. In some cases, a gas charge can be introduced on the non-working fluid side of the diaphragm to boost performance and/or a dampener can be integrated into the housing of the diaphragm pump and mounted/dismounted with the diaphragm pump.

A fluid discharging system 10 includes a discharging device 30 configured to discharge fluid, a pump 20 configured to supply the fluid stored in a reservoir 22 to the discharging device 30, a supply line 40 connecting the discharging device 30 with the pump 20 to allow the fluid to pass therethrough, and a buffer tank 50, disposed at an intermediate location of the supply line 40, and configured to suck and discharge the fluid. The fluid discharging system 10 is capable of continuing supply of the fluid to the discharging device 30 by discharging the fluid from the buffer tank 50 to the supply line 40, while limiting the supply of the fluid from the pump 20 to the discharging device 30. The buffer tank 50 is capable of realizing a pressure acting state where pressure acts on the fluid, and a holding state where no pressure acts on the fluid.

摘要： A coating device for applying a coating agent to the surface of a workpiece. The coating device includes a frame with a workpiece receptacle, a coating agent source and a rotary unit which is rotatable in relation to the frame. The rotary unit has a pump and a plurality of spray units, with the pump on the suction side being connected to the coating agent source by a fluid-conducting rotary joint connection. The rotary unit has a pneumatic valve device, and the spray units have in each case one compressed air controlled valve for controlling the delivery of coating agent. The inlet side of the valve is connected to the compressed air source by a fluid-conducting rotary feedthrough, which simplifies the overall construction of the coating device by providing a pneumatic connection between the compressed air source and the rotary unit that is independent of the rotation angle.
