摘要： A capsule is configured for use with a base unit having a fan and an air opening for an airflow of air driven by the fan. The capsule includes a housing with a port. The housing engages and disengages the base unit. The capsule also includes a volatile substance member and a seal member that is supported by the housing for movement between a sealed position and an unsealed position. The seal member seals the port when the capsule is disengaged from the base unit. The projection is received in the capsule when engaged with the base unit to support the seal member in the unsealed position such that air moved by the fan flows through the port.

摘要： A capsule for a volatile substance distribution system includes a housing having a first end and a second end and that defines a longitudinal axis that extends between the first end and the second end. The capsule also includes an inlet port disposed proximate the first end and an outlet port disposed proximate the second end. Additionally, the capsule includes a volatile substance member within the housing. The first end is configured to be removably supported by a base unit with the inlet port fluidly connecting with an air outlet of the base unit for receiving an airflow from the air outlet that moves into the housing and across the volatile substance member as the airflow flows from the inlet port to the outlet port. The inlet port is defined by a tapered inlet surface that directs the airflow radially with respect to the longitudinal axis.

摘要： An assembly for evaporating a volatile material is described, the assembly comprising a device and a refill which are detachable from one another: wherein the device comprises a magnetic induction coil configured to operate with an alternating current passed therethrough at a frequency of between substantially 20 KHz to substantially 500 KHz; and wherein the refill comprises at least one magnetic susceptor having a coercivity of substantially 50 ampere/metre (HC) to substantially 1500 ampere/metre (HC) and a substantially liquid-tight sealed reservoir containing the volatile material; wherein, in use, the magnetic susceptor(s) is arranged to heat the material predominately by magnetic hysteresis when the magnetic susceptor(s) is at least partially positioned in the induced magnetic field generated, in use, when said alternating current is passed through the induction coil. Refills, devices and methods of use are also described.

摘要： A modular ductwork assembly decontaminates an air stream circulating within a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The assembly includes one or more of (a) an ionizing module for removing particulates from the air stream, (b) a sterilization module for neutralizing airborne pathogens present in the air stream, (c) an ozone treatment module for neutralizing pathogens or odoriferous or gaseous constituents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the air stream, optionally (d) baffles for slowing and disrupting the flow rate and promoting turbulence in the air stream traveling through the modules, optionally (e) a fan module for directing a treated air stream, optionally (f) an ozone sensor, optionally (g) a monitoring or ozone control means, and optionally (h) a means of delivering and repurposing generated ozone. 摘要： An air cleaning apparatus for deodorising or cleaning of air containing noxious or toxic odours is disclosed. The apparatus includes a controller that is a PLC, an air pump, a solenoid, a manifold, a pressure gauge, an air supply line and air supply lines in fluid communication with the manifold. It also includes a first tank that contains a deodorising solution, a second tank contains a detoxifying solution and the third tank contains an oxidising/disinfecting solution. These are the components that are delivered into the air to deodorise and/or clean the air. The apparatus further includes outlet conduits or lines which are in fluid communication with in line filters which as shown are in fluid communication with solenoids. The apparatus further includes supply flow conduits which are in flow communication with an evaporation assembly where a phase change of said decontamination solution occurs to convert it into an activated molecular species.
