摘要： A method of detoxifying an exhaust pipe in a film forming apparatus configured to supply a raw material gas contending a harmful component and a reaction gas capable of generating a harmless reaction product by reaction with the raw material gas into a process chamber to perform a film forming process on a substrate while independently exhausting the raw material gas and the reaction gas from a raw material exhaust pipe and a reaction gas exhaust pipe connected to the process chamber, respectively, is provided. The method includes supplying the reaction gas into the raw material exhaust pipe to detoxify an interior of the raw material exhaust pipe during a predetermined period in which the film forming apparatus is operated and the film forming process is not performed.

摘要： A modular ductwork assembly decontaminates an air stream circulating within a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The assembly includes one or more of (a) an ionizing module for removing particulates from the air stream, (b) a sterilization module for neutralizing airborne pathogens present in the air stream, (c) an ozone treatment module for neutralizing pathogens or odoriferous or gaseous constituents or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) present in the air stream, optionally (d) baffles for slowing and disrupting the flow rate and promoting turbulence in the air stream traveling through the modules, optionally (e) a fan module for directing a treated air stream, optionally (f) an ozone sensor, optionally (g) a monitoring or ozone control means, and optionally (h) a means of delivering and repurposing generated ozone. Each of the modules is arranged substantially adjacent to at least one of the other modules.

摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus for decomposing low-concentration volatile organic compounds, which includes: an adsorption unit configured to adsorb a volatile organic compound; a heated air supply unit configured to supply a heated air to the adsorption unit; an oxidation decomposing catalyst unit configured to decompose a volatile organic compound detached from the adsorption unit; and an ozone supply unit configured to supply an ozone to the oxidation decomposing catalyst unit. The apparatus may maximize an exchange cycle semi-permanently by adsorbing low-concentration VOC under a high-flow condition and then detaching VOC within a short time and also by recycling an adsorption filter. In addition, the apparatus may effectively decompose VOC substances detached by a low flow into carbon dioxide and water under a condition with most excellent oxidation decomposition efficiency by using an oxidation decomposing catalyst filter.

摘要： A combined desulfuration, denitration, and demercuration apparatus and method using a semi-dry process in a circulating fluidized bed. The apparatus comprises a flue (2) and a circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8) connected in sequence, the flue (2) being connected to a bottom inlet of the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8). The flue (2) is further connected to an ozone generation apparatus (1). The ozone distributor (1) feeds ozone in the flue (2) and sends oxidized flue gas into the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8), so that the SO2, high-valence NOx, and Hg2+ contained in the flue gas are removed through reactions with a Ca-based absorbent under the effect of atomized water in the reaction column (8).

摘要： A selective catalytic reduction catalyst capable of reducing the NOx in exhaust gas to N2 is arranged in an exhaust pipe of an engine. Fluid feed has a fluid injecting nozzle facing the exhaust pipe on the exhaust gas upstream side from the selective catalytic reduction catalyst. The fluid feed is configured such that a urea fluid that functions as a reducing agent is fed with the selective catalytic reduction catalyst from the fluid injecting nozzle to the exhaust pipe. Ozone feed includes an ozone injecting nozzle that faces the exhaust pipe on the exhaust gas upstream side from the selective catalytic reduction catalyst, and on the exhaust gas upstream side or the exhaust gas downstream side from the fluid injecting nozzle. The ozone feed is configured such that ozone is fed from the ozone injecting nozzle to the exhaust pipe.

摘要： A flue-gas purification system includes a flue-gas cycling system, a reacting means, and an absorbent adding system having at least a catalytic absorbent, wherein the catalytic absorbent is being gasified for reacting with the flue-gas in the reacting means in a homogenous gas-gas phase reacting manner. Therefore, the purification system has fast reaction rate between the pollutants of the flue-gas and the catalytic absorbent, which is preferably ammonia, to efficiently remove pollutants, so as to effectively purify the flue-gas.

摘要： A mechanical filter-based air pollution control system for removing particle and gas phase pollutants in a waste airstream exhausted from commercial cooking operations is described, which includes a housing enclosing at least three filter stages to remove particle and gas pollutants in the airstream. The example system may include a fogger assembly that sprays fog droplets into the waste airstream to condense a portion of gas phase pollutants into condensed particles, a wash mechanism including spray nozzles to wash surfaces of the first stage filter to remove grease therefrom, and injection means for injecting activated ozone, which comprises ozone with a surplus of hydroxyl radicals, into the housing to initiate advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) to decompose particle and gas phase pollutants within the waste airstream in the filters. Where activated ozone is employed, the system includes a fourth stage filter that adsorbs and retains gas phase pollutants for subsequent oxidation.

摘要： A first selective reduction catalyst including a silver-based catalyst is provided in an exhaust pipe of an engine. An ozone generation device generates ozone by using oxygen in the atmosphere, and a hydrocarbon-based liquid supply device supplies a hydrocarbon-based liquid. A part of NO in the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust pipe is oxidized to NO2 with the ozone generated by the ozone generation device, and said NO2 is supplied to the first selective reduction catalyst. Also, a part of the hydrocarbon-based liquid supplied by the hydrocarbon-based liquid supply device is partially oxidized, with ozone generated by the ozone generation device, to an active reducing agent including an oxygen-containing hydrocarbon such as aldehyde, and this active reducing agent is supplied to the first selective reduction catalyst.
