This allows connection in a portion where an electrode (5) of an electronic component (4) and an electrode (2) of a circuit substrate (1) are opposed to each other to be provided via a resin (3a) containing a conductive filler as a main component, and allows connection at a lower surface of the electronic component (4) and connection in vicinities of the electrode (5) to be provided via a resin (3b, 3c) containing a binder resin as a main component that has oozed out of the conductive resin. The resin (3b, 3c) containing the binder resin as the main component increases junction strength.

During a high current event, adiabatic resistive heating at the interfaces causes rapid thermal expansion and vaporization and at least a partial physical separation at the interfaces; so the resistance of the current limiting device increases. The composite material comprises at least one polymeric matrix material and at least one electrically conductive material, and the polymeric matrix material comprises at least one epoxy and at least one silicone.

摘要： Modified compositions for carbonaceous concrete conductive sheathing materials for ground electrodes are described, for use in protecting installations from electrical currents. By the incorporation of discrete fibers, superior freeze-thaw resistance is imparted. The water resistance of carbonaceous concretes according to the invention is improved by the addition of a soluble soap of long chain fatty acids. A method of precasting carbonaceous cements according to the invention allows uniform and consistent development of properties for use either in shallow trench or deep well applications.

The particles are constituted of an organic compound or carbon or both. The conductive paste does not shrink much during firing and, consequently reduces the amount of Si wafer warping while maintaining the functions of a rear electrode for a Si solar battery.

A charge transport compound including more than two triarylamine groups, or including at least one triarylamine group and at least one fluorene group, is partly complexed with an oxidant, such as a Lewis acid, preferably present in an amount between 0.2 and 20 percent by weight. The resulting charge transport materials exhibit good hole transport characteristics and film forming properties.

The second component is from about 0.1 to about 10 weight percent of a hydrocarbon polymer, and the third component is from about 1 to about 20 weight percent of conductive filler. The invention also provides a method for making fluorothermoplastic compositions and shaped articles comprising a conductive fluorothermoplastic composition.
