摘要： A water heater system includes a primary heat exchanger including a tank and at least one flue, and a secondary heat exchanger including a core and a flue gas flow path. The water heater is operable in a heating mode in which a combustor produces hot flue gas and a water pump flows water through the core of the secondary heat exchanger and into the tank, and in a non-heating mode in which the combustor and the water pump are inoperative. The flue gas flows from the combustor through the at least one flue to heat the water in the tank and then through the flue gas flow path to heat water in the core before being exhausted.

The plate further comprises a first sealing arranged on the second side around the first port, a second sealing arranged on the second side at a circumference of the plate, and a closed third sealing arranged between the first and second sealings to form a first heat transfer area and a second heat transfer area separated from the first heat transfer area. The second port is arranged in the first heat transfer area and the third port is arranged in the second heat transfer area.

This pipe (9) is helically wound about a longitudinal axis (A-A) such as to form a sequence of adjacent turns (10) separated by interspaces (11) through which, during use, hot gases, in particular combustion fumes, flow. The fins (13) extend helically, towards the outside relative to the axis (A-A) of the helical conduit (8), and have respective pluralities of through-openings (20, 21) which interconnect the region (16) comprised between them and the interspaces (11, 14) defined with respect to the adjacent turns (10). Flow paths are thus defined through these fins (13), outside the helical conduit (9), for the hot gases which during use pass through the interspaces (11, 14) between the turns of the helical conduit (8).

摘要： A coil tube heater for a multi-oil burner in a used-oil fired furnace utilizing an air to liquid heat exchanger and being fabricated from tubing formed into a tightly coiled cylinder having a plurality of coil loops that are not fixed to any of the adjacent loops to allow for unfettered heat expansion. The coil tube heater is provided with a ceramic sleeve interposed between the burner assembly and the coiled heat exchanger to focus the flame into a tight configuration toward the target positioned at the rear of the combustion chamber. The coil tube heater is provided with a circulation system that has a first circulation loop having a first circulator that moves a liquid transfer medium through the coiled heat exchanger to a buffer tank or directly to the load. A second load loop has a second circulator that draws heated transfer medium from the outlet line leading from the coiled heat exchanger to a load cell before injecting the cooled transfer medium into the inlet line leading back into the coiled heat exchanger.
