摘要： A fluid heater comprises an enclosed combustion chamber, at least one burner operatively coupled to the enclosed combustion chamber and a heat transfer section. The heat transfer section has a first end operatively coupled to the enclosed combustion chamber, a second end, an outer wall defining a closed chamber therein, a fluid inlet port coupled to the outer wall in fluid communication with the chamber and a fluid outlet port coupled to the outer wall in fluid communication with the chamber. A plurality of tubes have an opened first end, an opposite opened second end and a chamber extending therebetween, wherein the plurality of tubes are mounted within the heat transfer section so that an outside wall of each of the plurality of tubes and an inside wall of the heat transfer section define the closed chamber. Each of the tube chambers are in fluid communication with the enclosed combustion chamber. A negative pressure source is operatively coupled to the heat transfer section second end and is in fluid communication with each of the plurality of tube chambers, where a continuous flow of hot fluid is produced at the heat transfer section fluid outlet port.

摘要： A gas hot water heating device and a system with heating function are disclosed. The device includes a combustion device (1), an inlet (E) and an outlet (G) of a hot water pipeline (2), an inlet (I) and an outlet (H) of a heating loop (3), and a water tank (4). The device also includes a first heat exchanger (5), a second heat exchanger (6) and a third heat exchanger (7). A flue gas outlet (1-2) of the combustion device (1) is connected with flue gas passages of the first heat exchanger (5) and the second heat exchanger (6) in order and in series. A first water flow passage (5-1) and a second water flow passage (5-2) are arranged in the first heat exchanger (5), and the water tank (4) and the first water flow passage (5-1) of the first heat exchanger (5) are communicated between the inlet (E) and the outlet (G) of the hot water pipeline (2) in series. The second heat exchanger (6) and the third heat exchanger (7) can exchange heat with water in the water tank (4).

The heat exchanger includes a cylindrical flue collector and a manifold at either end of the cylindrical flue collector. The manifold has a plurality of chambers. The manifold can be made of steel or plastic and governs fluid flow rate and direction within a ring of tubes. At least two rings of heat exchanging tubes, an outer ring and an inner ring, are within the cylindrical flue collector. The rings of tubes are concentric with respect to each other.

摘要： An application for a method of heating water includes transferring the water from a water supply into an inner tank of the water heater which is held within an outer tank, transferring the water from the inner tank into an outer tank and then to supply a building with hot water. The water in the outer tank is heated with hot gasses, partially cooling to intermediate temperature gasses. The water in the inner tank is heated with the intermediate temperature gasses, further cooling the intermediate temperature gasses into cooler gasses that are then exhausted out of the water heater.

摘要： An inwardly firing burner design is shown which can be used in a variety of heating applications. A water heater apparatus is also shown which includes a water heating tank having generally cylindrical sidewalls with upper and lower ends, each of which is closed by a transverse wall section to define a closed tank interior. The tank also has a water inlet and a water outlet. A plurality of vertically arranged fire tubes are connected between the upper and lower transverse wall sections, each fire tube having an open interior for conducting products of combustion. A burner assembly is mounted on the tank which features the inwardly firing construction that eliminates the need for an external combustion chamber.

摘要： A hot water heater for generating substantial instantaneous hot water by positioning a plurality of burners adjacent one end of a heat transfer section. The heat transfer section includes an elongated housing which has a plurality of tubes carried therein. Water is circulated through the elongated housing for being heated by the products of combustion being generated by the burners being drawn within the elongated tubes by means of a vacuum. A combustion chamber in which the burners are carried is frusto-conical in shape with the large diameter end being exposed to the atmosphere and the small diameter end being in communication with the heat transfer section.
