摘要： An adjustable height grow light for easy manual adjustment of the vertical position of the light fixture. The light includes a light stand having two vertical supports and a horizontal support connected to the vertical supports and defining an interior channel containing the operative elements of the light. Hanging from the vertical support is a light fixture adapted for holding at least one grow light. A ribbon torsion spring is secured within the interior channel of the horizontal support member on a ribbon spring axle. In series are first and second axles secured with the interior channel of the horizontal support, and first line and second lines are connected to the ribbon torsion spring at one end and to the light fixture at the other end. The first line is routed over the second axle and looped back to and over the first axle; the second line is routed over the second axle only. The ribbon torsion spring has a tension rating that permits easy manual positioning of the light fixture.

Install the hollow sphere-shaped lampshade through the base hold of the above-described base and then connect the lampshade top with the described fixed seat. Consequently, the bulb socket holder, bulb sockets, and bulbs are contained inside the space of the lampshade. The lampshade may have a variety of colors, coupled with its sphere shape, creating a fresh atmosphere and emitting harmonized and soft light.

A lamp chamber is partitioned by a lamp body in a vessel-like shape and by a front face lens, a reflector is attachedly inserted with a light source and is contained in the lamp chamber, and an aiming mechanism is interposed between the lamp body and the reflector for supporting the reflector inclinably to the lamp body. The reflector is inclined by rotating an aiming screw supported by a screw inserting hole provided at the lamp body. A rear end portion of the aiming screw projects to the rear side of the lamp body and includes an integrated crown gear made of a metal. A disk face of the gear is provided with a raised wrench engaging portion for engaging with an L-shaped wrench to thereby operate to rotate the aiming screw by using the L-shaped wrench extending from the side of the lamp piece. Aiming screw adjustments can be carried out even when there is no rear space behind the lamp piece. The wrench engaging portion can be formed simply.

摘要： An adjustable mount lighting system includes a housing for attachment to an anchoring structure, typically a beam within a wall, which is facilitated by the use of adjustable brackets attached to the housing using bolts and attached to the anchoring structure using screws. The housing is preferably of a rectangular shape, at least the end walls of which define a planar portion to which a light-transmitting face plate may be secured using screws. The side walls of the housing have slots therethrough into which the bolts extend, and the adjustable brackets have apertures therethrough into which the bolts simultaneously extend prior to their interconnection with their corresponding nuts. The bolts are translatable within the slots to allow adjustment of the housing with respect to the adjustable brackets, and thus allow depth adjustment of the housing with respect to the anchoring structure and the exterior surface of the face plate with respect to the adjacent structures, which may include a wall or mirror.
