Thus, the disclosed subject matter can provide reliable semiconductor light-emitting apparatuses having a high radiating efficiency that can emit various color lights including a substantially white color tone having favorable optical characteristics, which can be used for general lighting, a street light, stage lighting and the like, and which can be used for the headlight that can provide a favorable light distribution pattern.

摘要： A fixation member, made of a single piece of elastic material, used for mounting an object to a frame, and in particular for mounting an automotive lamp in a reflector housing, includes a first portion and a second portion interconnected by first spring means. The first portion comprise first catch means for engaging with a frame to which the fixation member is to be fixed after the first portion is pushed towards the second portion, while the first spring means pushes the second portion against the frame. The first portion furthermore comprises second catch means for engaging with corresponding catch means of the second portion when the first portion is pushed further towards said second portion against an increasing force of the first spring means, whereby the catch means retracts and thereby disengages from the frame. The second portion is provided with second spring means for abutting against the frame thereby pushing the second portion in a direction away from the frame.

[Classes 39 (ii) and 75 (iv] In an automobile or other light projecting lamp comprising an air-tight enclosure having an electric lamp bulb sealed within it, penetration of air into the enclosure through the bonding cement 35 securing the bulb 25 to the lamp base shell 24 is prevented by providing an additional seal 36 of non-porous material. The bonding cement 35 may consist of an inorganic filler such as powder of marble, alumina, or magnesia mixed with a binding agent such as shellac, rosin and synthetic resins. The sealing material 36 may be a vinyl resin of the thermoplastic type with or without a suitable filler or a thermo-setting material such as urea formaldehyde, phenol formaldehyde, phenol furfural or a mixture of such gums, an alkyl resin being preferably added to prevent brittleness. The lamp shown consists of metal reflector 11 and a glass or other lens 12 secured together with an interposed rubber gasket 15 by pressing the flange 16 of the reflector over the rim 14 of the lens. The reflector is formed with a central opening 19 in which the shell 24 is secured by solder 23. The lamp bulb 22 may be similar to that described in Specification 545,103. The sealing material 36 may be enclosed between the lamp bulb and the shell, the outer edge of which may be flared.

The optics support includes optical elements, each one being arranged in front of one of the solid-state light sources of the printed circuit board. The optics support further includes positioning protrusions configured to fit the positioning housings of the circuit support. The holder support includes a plurality of opaque walls, a first coupler and a second coupler. Each opaque wall is located between two optical elements. The microlenses support includes a plurality of groups of microlenses, each group having a plurality of microlenses arranged to receive the light projected by one optical elements. The first coupler is configured to couple the holder support to the circuit support. The second coupler is intended to retain the microlenses support.

摘要： A headlamp fastening system for a vehicle is provided herein. The headlamp fastening system includes a support structure, a headlamp structure, and an alignment element. The alignment element is configured to align and fix the headlamp structure with the support structure with respect to the z-direction of the vehicle. The alignment element holds the sup port structure and the headlamp in an alignment position. In the alignment position the support structure and the headlamp structure are relatively displaceable in the x-, y-, and z- direction relative to one another. The alignment element fixes the support structure and the headlamp in the fixed position, wherein, upon the alignment element fixing the support structure and the headlamp structure relative to one another with respect to the z-direction, the support structure and the headlamp structure simultaneously become fixed relative to one another in the x- and y-direction.
