摘要： A method for operating a hydraulic consumer on an electrically actuated control valve includes providing the valve with an open valve position for establishing a connection between a valve inlet and a pilot line for influencing a pivot angle set on an axial piston pump and a system pressure which is present at the valve inlet and dependent on the pivot angle. Data regarding the current system pressure and the current pivot angle are detected and communicated to a control unit. The method includes determining an incorrect setting of the control valve if the control unit detects that a delivery volume flow of the axial piston pump is smaller than a value to be expected based on valve position, or the control unit detects that the system pressure present at the valve inlet is at a maximum without a delivery volume flow flowing in the direction of the hydraulic consumer.

摘要： A hydrostatic piston machine has an adjustment element that is adjustable for varying a displacement volume, and a rotating cylinder part having a plurality of cylinder bores with pistons that are supported on the adjustment element and delimit a displacement chamber. Each displacement chamber is moved in an alternating manner by a connecting opening to overlap a low-pressure control opening situated on a low-pressure side of a stationary control part and a high-pressure control opening situated on a high-pressure side of the control part. Two switching regions are situated between the low-pressure control opening and the high-pressure control opening, the pistons changing direction at a dead center within the switching regions. The position of the adjustment element is determined from a pressure profile which is a function of the variable size of the displacement chambers in a switching region, the variable size depending on the position of the adjustment element.

摘要： An axial piston device may be operated as a pump and includes a self-centering rotary valve. The device includes a stationary housing encompassing a shaft and the rotary valve. The rotary valve and the shaft are coupled to each other. Upon rotation, the rotary valve self-centers as a result of elimination of moments and forces within the pump. The inventive pump is a piston device. The valve is within a valve bore, which is a part of a manifold. A shaft is within the manifold and the shaft is attached at its distal end to a planar surface of the rotary valve. The shaft has a first axis of rotation and the rotary valve has a second axis of rotation. During operation of the pump, the first axis is often times offset from the second axis. The pump operates via a swashplate with reciprocating pistons while the housing remains stationary.
