The heat recovery steam generator is provided with a blocking prevention function to prevent blocking of the main stream side steam piping and the bypass side steam piping and a thermal stress generation protection function.

    • A system configuration and operating method for a single shaft combined cycle plant includes a gas turbine, an exhaust heat recovery boiler for generating steam using exhaust heat discharged from the gas turbine, and a steam turbine driven by steam generated from the exhaust heat recovery boiler. Rotors of the gas turbine and rotors of the steam turbine are coupled. The steam turbine includes a high pressure turbine being supplied with and driven by high pressure steam generated at a superheater of the exhaust heat recovery boiler and a reheating turbine supplied with and driven by steam that passes through the high pressure turbine and is reheated by a reheater of the exhaust heat recovery boiler. The gas turbine operates independently and a regulated amount of cooling steam is supplied to the steam turbine in order to prevent superheating due to windage loss of the steam turbine rotating in an unventilated state. A bypass path is provided in parallel with the exhaust heat recovery boiler as a path through which cooling steam flows in order to further raise the cooling effect, and each turbine and a condenser are made to communicate so as to make pressure within the turbines low.

    • A gas and steam-turbine plant having a heat-recovery steam generator which is connected downstream of a gas turbine on a flue-gas side is described. The heat-recovery steam generator has heating surfaces connected in a water/steam circuit of a steam turbine. Cooled air for cooling the blades can be directed via an evaporator to the gas turbine. The evaporator is connected on a secondary side to the water/steam circuit and opens on an outlet side into a steam-collecting chamber. The steam-collecting chamber is connected to a water/steam drum via feed pipes connected in parallel on a steam side. The intention is to ensure that, during the transport of the water/steam mixture from the evaporator to the water/steam drum, a separation of the two-phase mixture is reliably prevented. Therefore, the steam-collecting chamber has a number of sub-chambers, which are connected to one another and in each case assigned to a feed pipe.

    • A pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system for improving gas turbine output increases and prevention of surging is provided. This pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system is a combined electricity generation system including a steam turbine; a pressurized fluidized bed boiler for generating steam for supply to the steam turbine by combusting air from an air supply system and fuel from a fuel supply system; a gas turbine driven by exhaust gas such as combustion gas from the pressurized fluidized bed boiler and air; and a compressor directly coupled to the gas turbine. In addition, this pressurized fluidized bed combined electricity generation system has a first bypass duct communicating between the outlet side of the compressor and the exhaust gas side of the gas turbine and having a switching valve; a second bypass duct communicating between the outlet side of the compressor and the inlet side of the gas turbine and having a switching valve; and a control device which receives measured pressure values of a pressure detector which measures the pressure at the outlet of the compressor. This control device controls the switching valves of the first and second bypass ducts based on the relationship between the degree of opening of the inlet variable guide vane of the compressor which is determined in advance and a surge limiting pressure. A part of the steam generated by the pressurized fluidized bed boiler is extracted, mixed in with the exhaust gas or the above-mentioned air, and supplied to the gas turbine. Air from the compressor is supplied as fuel for the pressurized fluidized bed boiler.
