摘要： A drive device for adjusting a covering element of a vehicle, in particular for a window lift apparatus, comprises: an output element for adjusting the covering element; a motor unit, which has an electric motor with a stator, a rotor and an input shaft, which is connected to the rotor and is rotatable about a shaft axis, for driving the output element; and a drive housing, which at least partially encloses the motor unit. The stator is connected via a bearing element to a stationary housing section of the drive housing, wherein the bearing element has a bearing opening in which the input shaft is supported such that it can rotate relative to the stator. In this manner, a drive device is provided which can have favorable operating behavior and provide sufficient torque while having a compact structure.

摘要： An electromechanical actuator for a window lift mechanism including a plurality of motors for driving an output shaft. The actuator may be incorporated into a window lift mechanism including a dual rack and pinion assembly, for driving the pinions along the racks. According to another aspect of the invention there is provided a variety of anti-back-drive mechanisms, e.g. clutches. A clutch according to one embodiment includes locking pawls that resist back-drive. In another embodiment, locking cams rotate relative to a carrier to resist back-drive. An actuator consistent with the invention may incorporate an impact mechanism including a flexible carrier. The carrier flexes to prevent impact forces at an output gear train from coupling to an input gear train.

A pinion gear driven by the motor is supported on the support bracket and engaged with the rack to permit vertical movement of the window. A slide is supported on the support bracket and engaged with the guide track to provide support as the window is raised or lowered. Alternatively, a second rack and pinion are used instead of the guide track and slide.

摘要： A window regulator has a lift arm pivoted on the door and rotatable to raise and lower a window between open and closed positions. A lever is carried by the arm and pivotally connected to a gear rack crank. A crank mechanism is provided for turning a pinion gear and the pinion gear meshes with the gear rack. Accordingly, rotation of the pinion gear translates the rack and rotates the lever to pivot the lift arm thereby raising and lowering the window. A swing arm is pivoted on the pinion shaft and carries a roller which engages the rack so that the rack is captured between the roller and the pinion gear to maintain the rack in engagement with the pinion.

The transmission of rotation from the handle to the pinion is effected through a tape stretched between a drive gear rotationally driven by the handle and driven gear coaxially fixed to the pinion. The rack and the pinion are usable also as the parts of a power window regulator. The manual window regulator therefore can be easily converted into a power window regulator by using an electric motor for driving the pinion in place of the unit including the handle, the drive gear and the tape.
