摘要： A weather block for tile roofs. Tile roofs having a plurality of individual tiles configured adjacently to form rows of undulating tiles, with a first row of overlapping tiles, and where each one of the tiles in the first row of overlapping tiles have an upper end and an upper surface, are provided, adjacent thereto with a weather block of unique design. The weather block has an elongate spacer portion adapted to be located longitudinally straddling said upper end of the first row of tiles. The spacer extends laterally between an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion. A backing portion is provided extending downwardly from the upper edge portion of the spacer portion. A weather stop portion is provided extending downwardly from the lower edge portion of the spacer portion. The weather stop portion has a lower edge portion sized and shaped for close fitting engagement with the upper surface of the first row of tiles, to provide high resistance to wind blown water.

摘要： A shroud for use in combination with a septic tank having an access opening and an access cover. The shroud surrounds the access opening and facilitates removal of the access cover covering the access opening and providing access to the septic tank. The shroud comprises a contiguous sidewall opened at first and second opposed ends thereof with an access passageway extending therebetween. A first open end of the shroud has an annular surface for abutting engagement with a top surface of a septic tank. A retaining member retains the annular surface, at the first end of the shroud, in abutting engagement with the top surface of the septic tank. A removable shroud cover seals the second open end of the shroud and the shroud cover, when removed from the second end of the shroud, facilitates access an interior cavity of the septic tank.

摘要： A glazing panel system is provided with improved glazing panels, retention clips and/or U-shaped connectors. The retention clip may engage the glazing panels at locations lower than top ends of the upstanding seam flanges. In one embodiment, an internal U-shaped connector is positioned to engage the seam flanges while an external U-shaped connector covers the internal connector and the seam between adjacent glazing panels. The glazing panels may be formed with pockets adjacent the base of the upstanding seam flanges to receive a portion of the retention clip to apply retention forces at locations below the upper ends of the seam flanges. The retention clips may be formed with an upper transverse portion that is movable relative to the base portion of the clip to accommodate panel expansion and contraction. Also, a thicker plate or portion may be provided at a top flange for the retention clip to provide increased resistance to uplift loads trying to bend the flange.
