摘要： In a method for producing nanofibrillar cellulose, cellulose based fibre material, in which internal bonds in cellulose fibres have been weakened by preliminary modification of cellulose, is subjected to disintegration treatment in form of pulp comprising fibres and liquid. The fibre material is supplied at a consistency higher than 10 wt-%, preferably at least 15 wt-%, to a disintegration treatment where fibrils are detached from the fibre material by joint effect of repeated impacts to the fibre material by fast moving successive elements and the weakened internal bonds of the cellulose fibres. The nanofibrillar cellulose is withdrawn from the disintegration treatment at dry matter which is equal or higher than the consistency of the fibre material. In the disintegration treatment, the fibre material is supplied through several counter-rotating rotors (R1, R2, R3 . . . ) outwards in the radial direction with respect to the rotation axis (RA) of the rotors in such a way that the material is repeatedly subjected to shear and impact forces by the effect of the blades (1) of the different counter-rotating rotors.

摘要： A method is provided for processing wood fibers comprising providing a refiner comprising a first refining member including first refiner bars and a second refining member including second refiner bars. The first refining member may be spaced from the second refining member to define a refining space therebetween. The first and second refiner bars may be separated by refiner grooves. The method further involves rotating at least one of the first refining member or the second refining member, and supplying a slurry of wood pulp comprising wood fibers to the refiner such that the wood pulp slurry passes through the refining space. The one refining member is rotated at a power level sufficient to create a refining intensity within the refining space of at least about 3 Newtons.

摘要： Waste paper stock pulp slurry supplied through a stock inlet is separated at screening sections to a high quality stock rejected stock containing contaminants and undefibered waste paper. The high quality stock is sent to a next stage as accepted stock. The rejected stock is sent to a defibering section and is diluted after defibration, part of the rejected stock; being circulated to the screening sections, the remainder being discharged out of the system through a rejection outlet. The provision of screening and defibering sections in one and the same screen can satisfy contradictory requirements, i.e., to increase contaminant removing efficiency, to raise production yield and to attain space and cost savings.

摘要： The method serves for the altering of suspended paper fibers or pulp fibers, in particular to increase the strength of the paper made from these fibers. Two refining surfaces are pressed toward one another and moved such that a relative speed prevails between the refining surfaces and the pulp in the refining zone which is as low as possible. The method can be carried out particularly easily with refining bodies which carry a refining surface and which are rolled off on the inner side of a refining drum carrying the refining surface.

摘要： A paper material refining apparatus has a tank the space in which is divided by a drum-type screen plate into a primary chamber and a secondary chamber, and a material supply pipe for supplying the paper material and a drum-shaped rotor for rotating the material are disposed in the primary chamber. The drum-type rotor is disposed such that its peripheral surface opposes the drum-type screen plate, with the top plate thereof facing the open end of the material supply pipe. The drum-type rotor is provided with step-like projections on the outer peripheral surface thereof. Foreign matters contained in the paper material such as metal pieces are struck by the top plate of the rotor and displaced radially outward by the centrifugal force. The projections formed on the peripheral surface of the drum-type rotor substantially uniformly act on the paper material so as to develop a substantially uniform discharge pressure on the paper material, thus preventing generation of pulsation which is inevitably generated in the conventional apparatus.
