摘要： A method for additively manufacturing a textile sheet product and a three-dimensionally printed textile sheet product (1) are disclosed. The method includes the steps of creating a three-dimensional model of the pre-product and additively manufacturing the pre-product according to the three-dimensional model of the pre-product. In additive manufacturing, a production material is applied layer by layer in this case. At at least one predetermined crossover position of at least two fibrous structures (2a, 2b) and a separation layer material is applied which can be removed from the pre-product and/or inactivated.

摘要： A blended fabric having a patterned color includes a first portion comprised of cotton and a second portion comprised of polyester. A dye that has a strong affinity for cotton and a slight affinity for polyester is applied to the fabric. The dye gives the cotton portion a deep black color and applies a light gray color to the polyester portion. A combination of deep black cotton and light gray polyester combines to provide the patterned color of the blended fabric. The blended fabric may be comprised of a larger percentage of cotton than polyester that is spun into a single filament yarn that is then knitted into a Jersey Knit styled fabric, a looped knit terry fabric, or a fleece fabric. Further, the present invention comprises a blended fabric whereby dye absorption by the cotton and not by the polyester create darker and lighter patterns within the blended fabric.

The ring sinkers as rotating bodies are capable of rotating about a rotation axis independently of each other. The rotation times of the ring sinkers are set to be different from each other. Thus, the rotation times are adjusted to be different between the ring sinker that holds an old loop and the ring sinker that holds a new loop. Adjustment of the rotation times prevents application of a large tension to the knitting yarn made of low stretch fiber, and a stitch can be formed even with a knitting yarn made of non-stretch or low-stretch fiber.

The at least two yarns include a first yarn and a second yarn extending between and forming loops about two nodes. The second yarn has a higher tension at the two nodes than the first yarn. the second yarn substantially prevents the first yarn from moving at the two nodes and substantially prevents the knitted mesh from unraveling at the nodes.

The second portion has an elastane content greater than that of the first portion. The low melting point yarn fuses with the first and second yams after heating to a temperature sufficient to melt the low melting point yarn only. The fabric, after finishing, is adapted to be cut into a garment in such a way that the first portion becomes a body of the garment, and the second portion becomes an integral elastic band-like selvedge of the garment.
