摘要： The invention relates to a removable mechanical tensioning system, tool, and a method of stretching a bolt or stud axially, the bolt being located in and attachable to an object via a nut. The system in accordance with the invention comprises an anti-rotation member; and a tensioner device. The anti-rotation member is attachable to both the tensioner device and bolt. The tensioner device is operatively attachable to the bolt via the anti-rotation member. The tensioner device comprises or is operatively coupled to a nut engaging assembly configured to automatically engage and tighten the nut, at a lower torque than the applied tool torque. Displacement of a part of the tensioner device with a holding force applied to the anti-rotation member causes axial stretch of the elongate member and actuation of the nut engaging assembly to bring about displacement of the nut in the transverse direction relative to the stretched elongate member.

摘要： A hydraulic tensioning apparatus for tensioning a threaded member (2) having a thread, comprising: a hydraulic tensioner (1), having a body (4) and a pressure space (13) for hydraulic fluid and having a thread engaging member (7) arranged to engage the thread of the threaded member (2) and to be urged away from the body (4) on introduction of hydraulic fluid into the pressure space (13) so as to tension the threaded member (2); a displacement sensor (11, 12) arranged to measure a linear displacement of the thread engaging member (7) relative to the base (4) and to provide an output indicative of the linear displacement; a rotation sensor (65, 66) arranged to determine a rotation of a nut (3) rotating on the threaded member (2) and arranged to produce output indicative of a rotation angle of the nut (3); and a control unit (80) arranged to take as inputs the outputs of the displacement sensor (11, 12) and the rotation sensor (65, 66), and to determine from the output of the displacement sensor (11, 12) a required angle of rotation of the nut (3) which accommodates for extension of the threaded member (2) due to being tensioned by the hydraulic tensioner (1).

摘要： A device for tightening a screw connection on a flange connection is provided with a tool carrier movable along the flange connection and provided with a traction drive. A tool is arranged on the tool carrier for tightening the screw connection and rotating the nut relative to the flange connection. A control unit is provided for moving the tool carrier in longitudinal direction of the tool carrier into a working position by traction drive control signals. In the working position, the tool is opposite the screw connection to be tightened. The control unit performs, by tool control signals, tightening of the screw connection and rotating of the nut. The control unit has a travel control module with travel controller for moving the tool carrier into the working position. The travel controller stops the traction drive after a predefined travel length has been reached that is a target variable.
