摘要： The present application discloses an active sorting muck-collecting device for slurry balancing shield, aiming at solving a technical problem that an existing muck-collecting device cannot provide reliable sorting function for a shield slurry circulation system. The device includes a sorting stirring cylinder, a circulation pipeline and a muck-collecting box, the sorting stirring cylinder includes an outer cylinder and a rotatable grid cylinder coaxially-configured. The grid cylinder is configured with a rotating shaft, and a spiral conveying mechanism is fixedly configured inside. The rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the grid cylinder. A circulation pipeline communicated with the grid cylinder is correspondingly configured below the grid cylinder. A muck-collecting box is fixedly configured below the circulation pipeline, and the muck-collecting box is communicated with the grid cylinder at where an output end of a slurry discharging pipeline locates.

摘要： A cart is towed behind a combine harvester for collecting corn cobs and includes a conveyer belt feeding into a system for separating cobs from residue to be discharged and a tank for receiving and transporting the cobs. An unload auger is provided from the tank to one side of the cart while the cart moves forward. Power for driving the cart is obtained from a chopper drive of the combine harvester. The separating arrangement includes a series of sequential blower fans for blowing air through the discharged material as it is discharged from a conveyor and into a spreading guide disperses the residue. The cobs are conveyed using a series of augers where the auger to flight distance is at least 2 inches and particularly a pair of augers feed the cobs through a front wall of the tank so as to push cobs upwardly into the tank.

摘要： A programmed bar screen cleaner removes debris from a screen positioned in a channel to prevent the flow of the debris to a liquid treatment. A rake has tines for engaging the screen to move the debris toward and past an upper end of the screen to remove the debris from the screen. Automatic and controllable raking operations are provided to handle the situation in which there is debris jammed in the screen. The jammed debris resists the movement of the rake along the screen, which is sensed via rake motor overloaded, indicated by motor current in excess of a limit. The existence of a jammed rake causes positive release of the rake from the face of the bars, and further movement of the rake is controlled according to the nature of the problem which caused the jamming. If the rake jams during a raking stroke, the jam is sensed, and according to the nature of the problem, the rake may be positively removed from the face of the bars, and then either returned to an original position at the beginning of the stroke, or advanced in the direction of the original stroke and then returned to the face for completion of the stroke, or advanced in the direction of the original stroke, then returned to the face, and then moved toward the original position at the beginning of the stroke to remove the cause of the jamming from the face of the bars.
