摘要： A coating method for coating parts in a dip-spin process is provided. The parts to be coated are dipped into a coating liquid and then centrifuged in at least one planetary basket arrangement in a planetary centrifuge. The planetary centrifuge includes a main rotor rotating about a main rotor axis of rotation and at least one planetary basket arrangement rotates about its planetary axis of rotation. Also, the planetary axis of rotation is arranged eccentrically on the main rotor. The at least one planetary basket arrangement can include a plurality of planetary baskets rotatably arranged about the planetary rotation axis of the at least one planetary basket arrangement and the planetary basket arrangement is rotated during a centrifuging operation.

The food breading device coats the coating foodstuff on the target foodstuff. The food breading device includes a containment shell, a paddle structure, and a timing device. The timing device attaches to the containment shell. The paddle structure mounts in the containment shell. The target foodstuff is placed inside the containment shell. The paddle structure is a rotating structure. The paddle structure rotates such that the paddle structure changes the position of the target foodstuff within the containment shell. The rotation of the paddle structure further releases the coating foodstuff onto the target foodstuff.

摘要： An apparatus and method are provided for coating a particulate material. A mixer defines a mixing chamber and receives a particulate material. An agitator includes a plurality of arms projecting radially outward from the shaft and a plurality of paddle blades positioned on the ends of the arms. The blades are formed such that the particulate material in the mixing chamber is directed in a rotational direction, a radially inward direction and an axial direction within the mixing chamber. A material feed system is provided for delivering a first coating material into the mixing chamber during rotation of the agitator, a polymer material during mixing of the coated particulate material and a reaction material for causing a reaction between the colorant feed and the polymer feed for creating an encapsulated particulate material.
