    • The invention refers to a model car configured to travel on at least two different paths comprising one path and at least one other path, the model car comprising a) a car chassis (1) having at least three wheels (102, 105) rotatably mounted thereto and a tensionable spring mechanism (101) in a rotary connection to at least one of said wheels (102) for driving said at least one wheel (102), wherein the energy stored in said tensioned spring mechanism (101) is used to drive said at least one drivable wheel (102) and to propel said model car standing on a surface, b) at least one of said wheels (105) embodied as a steerable wheel articulated in respect to the car chassis (1) about a steering axis (104) wherein articulation of the at least one steerable wheel (105) is effected by means of a steering gear (3), c) a deflection mechanism (2) which is operatively connected to the spring mechanism (101) in such a way that part of the energy stored in the tensioned spring mechanism (101) is used to steer the at least one steerable wheel (105) during propulsion of the model car, and d) a coupling/decoupling mechanism (217) operable from outside the model car, functionally arranged between the spring mechanism (101) and the steering gear (3) and configured to switch a steering function of the at least one steerable wheel (105) thereby switching travel of the model car between the one path and the at least one other path.

    • A toy vehicle includes a chassis and a body mounted to the chassis. An electro-mechanical vibration generator is operatively connected with the chassis. The vibration generator is preferably an electric motor having a weight attached to the shaft of the motor. A light source and a sound source are each operatively connected with the body. A propulsion mechanism is connected with the chassis. Operation of the propulsion mechanism causes the toy vehicle to move across the medium on which it rests. An electrical circuit and an electrical power source are each connected with the vibration generator, the light source, the sound source and the propulsion mechanism. The electrical circuit controls the sequence and timing of the connected components to provide at least one sequence of events. A switch is connected with the electrical circuit. Upon activation of the switch, the electrical circuit initiates the sequence of events. The electro-mechanical vibration generator may also be incorporated into a board game including a platform and a body mounted to the platform. A light source and a sound source are each operatively connected with the body. An electrical circuit and an electrical power source are each connected with the vibration generator, the light source and the sound source. The circuit controls the sequence and timing of the operation of the connected components to provide at least one sequence of events. A switch is connected with the electrical circuit. Upon activation of the switch, the electrical circuit initiates the sequence of events.

    • The present invention is a pull-back, windup type spring drive unit with two output shafts capable of transmitting driving force to the front-wheels and rear-wheels. This unit is provided with: a frame; front-wheel and rear wheel output shafts; a drive gear; a spring; a windup gear mechanism; first and second running gear mechanisms connectable to the front-wheel and rear-wheel shafts; and a constant speed mechanism. When one of the output shafts is rotated for winding, switching gear of the windup gear mechanism moves to a mesh position and the rotation of the output shaft for winding is transmitted to the drive gear to wind up the spring. When the drive gear is rotated for running, switching gears of the respective running gear mechanism move to the respective mesh positions to transmit the rotation of the drive gear to each of the output shafts.

    • A spring driven power device in which energy in a loaded spring is delivered to a rotary member. A hollow cylindrical member having a splined inside surface is provided.
