摘要： A combined infant feeding and pacifier retention device is an apparatus used to retain and distribute breastmilk or other fluids. The apparatus is also configured to store a pacifier for selective use. The apparatus comprises a liquid retention chamber, a pacifier retaining mechanism, and a feeding spout. The liquid retention chamber is a contained volume that enables transportation of inserted liquids, particularly milk or breastmilk. The pacifier retaining mechanism is a unit that enables storage of any of a variety of pacifiers. The feeding spout is a unidirectional valve that enables fluid transfer from the liquid retention chamber. The feeding spout is preferably made of any of a variety of soft, bisphenol A-free (BPA-free) materials that effectively operates when utilized as a mouthpiece for an infant. The general configuration of the aforementioned components allows the apparatus to efficiently and effectively store and distribute fluids to users.

摘要： The human nipple functions for both nutritive and non-nutritive suckling with the only difference that in the first instance nutritive fluid is delivered. The present invention conflates these two suckling devices. A nipple device comprises a first reinforcing member provided at the exterior surface of a nipple portion, and surrounding an interior elastomeric core. A second reinforcing member, such as a mesh reinforcement, can be added to improve bite resistance without compromising stretchiness or compressibility. The nipple device is bite-resistant to guard against biting damage and stretching-to-failure by an infant; and compressible, so forces applied by an infant's tongue will be transmitted (in the case of an artificial feeding teat) through a solid nipple core to compress and shutoff central duct(s) to facilitate swallowing without gagging, or (in the case of a pacifier) to reshape the nipple portion so it conforms to the shape of the infant's oral cavity.

摘要： The present invention relates to a pacifier for infants used to comfort infants. More specifically, a silicone tube body (10), into which or from which air can be injected or discharged such that an infant feels the silicone tube body like a breast of the infant's mother when touching the silicone tube body, is coupled for use to a nipple-shaped nipple unit (50) by a secure coupling unit (30), and thus, due to the infant's touching of the silicone tube body, not only emotional security as if the infant were in the bosom of the infant's mother can be provided but also the development of the infant's brain can be beneficially stimulated, in comparison with traditional plastic pacifiers. Particularly, the nipple unit is not only simply coupled but also hermetically coupled by the secure coupling unit to a coupling ring formed at the front of the silicone tube body, and the silicone tube body has a valve through which air is smoothly injected or discharged, and thus the product not only can be assembled and taken apart for use but also provides great confidence and convenience of using air injection. In addition, when air is injected into the silicone tube body, the tube body is inflated not upward but downward so as to be prevented from blocking out the forward field of view of the infant sucking on the pacifier, and thus psychological security is more greatly provided for the infant.

摘要： An infant bib assembly for inhibiting an infant from dropping a pacifier includes a bib that has a collar being integrated therein to extend around the infants' neck when the bib is worn for retaining the bib on the infant. A wire is integrated into the bib thereby facilitating the collar to be shaped. In this way the wire facilitates the collar to be shaped around the infant's neck to inhibit the bib from falling off of the infant. A pacifier is removably attachable to the bib to inhibit the pacifier from being dropped when the bib is being worn and the infant is suckling on the pacifier. In this way a caregiver does not have to continually retrieve the pacifier when the infant drops the pacifier.

The new material comprises a specific blend of materials and a method of making the blend pertaining to temperatures and conditions.
