摘要： An aluminum sheet product comprises: a core layer comprising one of a 3xxx, 5xxx and 6xxx aluminum alloy; and a liner layer comprising one of a 3xxx aluminum alloy having an additive of 0.5-5% Zn, and a 7xxx aluminum alloy. In some embodiments, the aluminum sheet product r has an O temper pre-braze tensile strength of at least 20 Ksi. In some embodiments the corrosion potential difference between the liner and core is at least 30 millivolts. In some embodiments, the aluminum sheet product further comprises an inner layer comprising one of a 3xxx and a 4xxx aluminum alloy.

摘要： A sheet metal component bent from a sheet metal blank having a triangular corner comprises a first and a second sheet metal member bent along bending lines from a base member to form two edges of the triangular corner. Two outer edges are weldable to each other to form a third edge. A recess extends into the base member, formed by a curved and/or polygonal first and second edge which protrudes towards the first edge. The second edge extends with a projection beyond a straight line defined by the bending line of the first sheet metal member. A projection tip is spaced from the first edge at least by a thickness of the sheet metal. When the sheet metal members are bent the projection is surrounded by the first edge and the recess is at least substantially closed by the projection.

摘要： The present invention provides a pin comprising a conical body having a central axis and a cross-sectional area that decreases with distance from a first end to a second end. A coating applied to the conical body has a first melting temperature that is lower than a second melting temperature of the conical body, wherein the first melting temperature is lower than a friction temperature and wherein the second melting temperature is higher than the friction temperature. The friction temperature comprising a temperature value achieved at an interface of the pin and a component when the pin is forcibly positioned into the component to repair a defect. The coating comprises a material having a bond strength value comprising a first tensile strength value of a bond formed between the conical body and the component in response to softening and rehardening of the coating. The first tensile strength value is sufficiently high to restore an original function of the component at the location of the defect.

摘要： The present invention discloses a composite molded casing, which comprises a casing body having a mold line and a decorative layer coated on the surface of the casing body to cover the mold line. The present invention exempts the composite molded casing from complicated secondary machining processes (such as processes of grinding and polishing) and thus indirectly reduces the fabrication cost of molds and promotes the yield of products. Further, the present invention uses an IMF technology to fabricate the decorative layer, not only completely covering the mold line but also overcoming the problem of color difference likely to occur in the conventional injection-molded plastic products. Therefore, the present invention can exempt the composite molded casing from complicated post-fabrication processes, such as processes of paint spraying, printing, electroplating, photoelectric engraving, etc.
