摘要： A microwave oven for warming food, the microwave oven comprising an enclosure, a microwave generator, a chemical sensor, and a controller. The enclosure forms a heating chamber in which the food is warmed. The microwave generator is configured to propagate microwaves into the heating chamber to warm the food. The chemical sensor is in fluid communication with the heating chamber and configured to detect a chemical indicative of a completed warming state of the food and transmit a detection signal indicating the completed warming state has been achieved upon detection of the chemical. The controller is configured to generate an output alteration signal representing an instruction to alter an output of the microwave generator upon receiving the detection signal from the first sensor to minimize release of the chemical.

The user interface comprises means for setting the desired degree of cooking of the food and is capable of processing the signal of the gas sensor in such a way as to determine the optimal cooking end time of the food. The central processing unit interrupts the electrical supply to the heating means on the basis either of said cooking end time, modified if necessary on the basis of degree of cooking set by the user, or of the food type set by the user.

At least one processor may be configured to verify authentication of the item based upon the image information acquired by the image sensor unit. The processor may be further configured to receive processing information from the interface and to determine one or more instructions for processing the item based on the processing information. The apparatus may be further configured to processing the item in accordance with the instructions after the item has been verified as authentic.

摘要： Provided is a method of controlling a heating cooking apparatus that involves accurate heating processing of food by one sequence and can prevent even underheating while preventing overheating by using only a humidity sensor if the food has a weight within a given weight range. When a generated steam volume at a forced finish time Tn−1 found on the basis of a minimum amount-minimum steam curve does not reach even a minimum steam volume B1 found on the basis of a slowly rising maximum amount-maximum steam curve, the generated steam volume is smaller than in the case of a food having a maximum weight. Therefore, it can be judged that the food is not housed in a heating chamber and that heating is performed in a no-load condition with an exceedingly small generated steam volume, and the operation of the heating cooking apparatus is forcedly stopped. When a generated steam volume at a maximum detection time Tm+1 does not reach even a standard steam volume A found on the basis of a maximum amount-maximum steam curve, it is judged that a large amount of food exceeding a maximum amount is to be heated and the operation of the heating cooking apparatus is forcedly stopped.
