摘要： The invention relates to an inverter (1) for converting a DC voltage (UDC) into an AC voltage (UAC), in particular a photovoltaic inverter for high power densities, in particular power densities of 250 W/dm3 to 500 W/dm3, having at least one DC input (5), an AC output (11), a heat sink (20), a printed circuit board (32), a DC disconnector (7), a DC-DC converter (8), an intermediate circuit (9), a DC-AC converter (10) and a housing (14) with a front cover (15) and a basic shell (16). In order to achieve a simple and compact structure of the inverter (1), the electrical components (33) of the DC-DC converter (8), intermediate circuit (9) and DC-AC converter (10) are combined into subassemblies (31), and at least the DC disconnector (7) and the subassemblies (31) of the DC-DC converter (8), intermediate circuit (9) and DC-AC converter (10) are directly arranged on the printed circuit board (32) in a U-shaped manner corresponding to the energy flow direction (34) from the DC input (5) to the AC output (11), and the printed circuit board (32) is arranged with the component side (66) facing in the direction of the base (65) of the basic shell (16) of the housing (14) and with the side opposite the component side (66) on the heat sink (20).

摘要： The present invention relates to a photovoltaic module. A photovoltaic module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a solar cell module, a micro-inverter to convert DC power generated by the solar cell module into AC power, a controller to control the micro-inverter's operation, and an interface unit connected to power grid supplying external electrical power and to provide the AC power to the power grid, the controller to control operation of the micro-inverter such that the AC power is matched to the external electrical power flowing into the power grid. The photovoltaic module according to the present invention can provide electrical power generated at solar cell modules through a simple connection to power grid which supplies electrical power to home, reducing consumption of electrical power flowing into home.

摘要： A photovoltaic junction box is provided, including: a box body; a plurality of conduction terminals received in the box body; and at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on the plurality of conduction terminals. Each surface-mounted diode includes a flat body, at least one anode pin extending outwardly from an edge of the flat body, and a cathode pad located on a bottom of the flat body. The cathode pad of at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on a surface of the conduction terminal has a heat conduction angle γ more than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees. Since the heat conduction angle is more than 180 degrees, the heat produced by the diode may be rapidly transferred to the conduction terminal in time to avoid deterioration or damage to the diode, improving the heat dissipation rate, and improving the current carrying capacity of the photovoltaic junction box.

摘要： The present invention discloses a junction box for a solar cell. The junction box includes a box body, wherein the box body is provided with a plurality of conducting pieces for connecting solar cell pieces; two adjacent conducting pieces are connected by a diode; the conducting pieces at both ends are connected to the outside parts via a guide line respectively; and the forward dissipation power of the diode in the middle is less than that of the diodes at both sides. According to the invention, the diode with lower forward dissipation power is employed in parts where the temperature rise is easily produced to reduce the temperature rise; while the diode with higher forward dissipation power is employed in parts where the temperature rise is not easily produced to control cost.

摘要： A photovoltaic assembly for converting solar radiation to electrical energy is described. The photovoltaic assembly includes a photovoltaic module and an electronic component housing. The photovoltaic module has a frame, a laminate, a plurality of solar cells and a backsheet. The electronic component housing has an upper section to couple to the backsheet, a middle section and a lower section for enclosing electronic components. The electronic components can include a microinverter or electronics for a junction box. The middle section can have a heat sink in thermal communication with the electronic component and an opening. The opening can be a plurality of openings having a plurality of air fins distributed therein, or can be a diagonal or curved structure. The opening can permit fluid communication between the heat sink and an ambient environment. The upper section and/or the aforementioned air fins can also be coupled to the backsheet via a heat conductive adhesive.
