摘要： A half-bridge converter includes a high-side transistor connected to a positive electrode of a direct current (DC) voltage source and a low-side transistor connected to a reference ground. A gate driver is configured to control the high-side and low-side transistors at a duty cycle of a gate driver control signal. A bootstrap circuit is configured to provide a positive voltage and a negative voltage to the gate driver for the high-side transistor. The bootstrap circuit comprises a first diode, a first capacitor and a Cuk converter. The Cuk converter comprises a first and a second inductor, a switch, a first and a second capacitor and a second diode to output the negative voltage to the high-side transistor gate driver. The Cuk converter is configured to output the negative voltage when operating in a Discontinuous Voltage Mode (DVM).

摘要： Provided are a device for suppressing potential induced degradation and a system. The device includes a rectification circuit, a non-isolated voltage conversion circuit and at least one capacitor. An input terminal of the rectification circuit is connected to an output terminal of a converter, the rectification circuit is configured to rectify an alternating current outputted by the converter into a direct current, the non-isolated voltage conversion circuit is configured to perform voltage conversion on the direct current outputted by the rectification circuit, and the voltage conversion is boost conversion or voltage reverse conversion. The capacitor is connected in parallel with an output terminal of the direct current, and either a positive electrode or a negative electrode of the capacitor is grounded.

摘要： Provided are a device for suppressing potential induced degradation and a system. The device includes a rectification module, a non-isolated voltage conversion module and at least one capacitor. An input terminal of the rectification module is connected to an output terminal of a converter, the rectification module is configured to rectify an alternating current outputted by the converter into a direct current, the non-isolated voltage conversion module is configured to perform voltage conversion on the direct current outputted by the rectification module, and the voltage conversion is boost conversion or voltage reverse conversion. The capacitor is connected in parallel with an output terminal of the direct current, and either a positive electrode or a negative electrode of the capacitor is grounded.

摘要： Methods and apparatus relating to reducing switching noise and improving transient response in voltage regulators are described. In an embodiment, one or more pulses are inserted into an output waveform of a voltage regulator. The one or more pulses introduce multiple frequencies into the output waveform of the voltage regulator (e.g., to reduce acoustic noise). In another embodiment, the output voltage of a voltage regulator is modified in response to comparison of the output voltage with at least one of a plurality of threshold values. The plurality of threshold values includes an upper trigger point voltage value and a lower trigger point voltage value. Other embodiments are also disclosed and claimed.

摘要： A circuitry arrangement includes two-pole connectors for connecting a battery and a further voltage source. The plus pole of one connector and the minus pole of the other connector are directly connected to a plus pole and a minus pole of a DC voltage link. The plus and minus poles of the one connector are connected via a first parallel circuit of a switch and a diode and a first choke connected in series. The minus and plus poles of the other connector are connected via a second parallel circuit of a switch and a diode and a second choke connected in series. A connection between choke ends of the two parallel circuits is electrically conductive at least for alternating currents. The two chokes are magnetically coupled in that their winding senses on a common magnetic core are equal as viewed from the connection between the two parallel circuits.
