摘要： A battery cell housing includes a housing shell and a housing cover. A bearing surface and a first connecting surface separate thereto are present on the housing shell (16) on at least two mutually facing side walls or on all side. A contact surface on the housing cover is associated with each bearing surface and a second connecting surface on the housing cover is associated with the first connecting surface. The relative position of the second connecting surface and of the contact surface is adapted to the relative position of the bearing surface and of the first connecting surface. The contact surface and the second connecting surface can thus be spaced apart in the vertical direction (H) and/or the second connecting surface is present on an edge side strip extending downwards in the vertical direction (H) to a bottom of the housing shell.

摘要： A sealed battery includes an electrode assembly; a case having an opening portion and accommodating the electrode assembly; a lid closing the opening portion and having a through-hole; a collector terminal including an inner terminal segment and a projection; and an insulating seal in contact with a bottom surface of the lid, the bottom surface being an inner side of the lid in a thickness direction of the lid, the inner side of the lid facing an inside of the case when the lid closes the opening portion, and the insulating seal providing sealing between the lid and the collector terminal. The lid has a protrusion protruding from the bottom surface of the lid. The protrusion surrounds the through-hole. A part of the protrusion protrudes into the through-hole. The through-hole has a smallest opening diameter at a position at which the part of the protrusion protrudes into the through-hole.

The battery module includes a plurality of flow channels extending through the battery module from the top surface to the bottom surface. The battery pack includes a base assembly adapted to hold the battery module therein. The base assembly has a bottom wall and a first end and a second end. The bottom surface of the battery module is disposed at an acute angle relative to the bottom wall of the base assembly in a first direction extending from the first end toward the second end. The battery pack includes a cover assembly having a top wall extending substantially parallel to the bottom wall of the base assembly, and a top surface of the battery module that is disposed at an acute angle relative to the top wall of the cover assembly.

To this end, the cover plate (23) is provided with a central area (33) and an edge area (35) surrounding said central area (33). The central area (33) is located above an opening (14) to be closed off by the cover plate (23) of a container (13) forming a part of the battery cell housing, whereas the edge area (35) extends inside said opening (14). Thus, occurring moisture can drain off the platform-like raised central area (33) sideways toward a channel (37) in the edge area (35), and evaporate from there.

Gas discharge holes and micro-holes are formed in the battery cover, and so the battery cover can easily discharge gas from the battery case. In the battery cover, electrolyte recovery ports are arrayed in such a way that the electrolyte can be prevented from leaking from the battery case even when the battery case is turned over or tilts to one side.
