摘要： A high-brightness phosphor screen and a method for forming the same are provided. The high-brightness phosphor screen having a low or middle working voltage, unlike a method of improving luminescent properties by use of a new synthetic phosphor, can be formed by simple deposition of a phosphor mixture that contains a proper ratio of a blue or green light-emitting phosphor for color image display and a bluish green light-emitting ZnO:Zn phosphor with high luminescent efficiency at low voltages.

摘要： There is disclosed an apparatus for forming a fluorescent layer in a plasma display panel by applying a fluorescent paste into grooves formed between a plurality of ribs disposed in parallel on a surface of a substrate. The apparatus includes: a platform for mounting the substrate thereon; a dispenser having at least one nozzle for ejecting the fluorescent paste; a transporter for moving the nozzle relative to the platform; and a controller for controlling the transporter and the dispenser so that the fluorescent paste is consecutively applied into the predetermined grooves between the ribs.

In the method, electro-conductive terminals for electro-deposition are not required, steps are reduced, production costs are reduced, and production quality is stabilized.

摘要： A reflection type flat cathode-ray tube enhanced in quality of display image, and its manufacturing method are presented. A flat cathode-ray tube is composed by forming a grid layer, a reflective layer, and a fluorescent layer sequentially at the inner side of a screen panel. The reflective layer is preferably formed at the outer side of the circumference of the fluorescent layer. On a transfer substrate, a transfer foil laminating at least a fluorescent layer, a reflective layer, and a grid layer in this order is prepared, the grid layer side of the transfer foil is heated, pressed and adhered to the inner side of a screen panel, a transfer substrate is peeled off, and a fluorescent screen composed of the fluorescent layer, reflective layer, and grid layer is transferred.

摘要： A light fixing layer is deposited on the panel during the screening process of a panel. The light fixing layer can be softened when it is subjected to light so as to allow the phosphor layers to be fixed on the panel. That is, the light fixing layer shows adhesive characteristics when subjected to light. Therefore, after developing all phosphor layers on the panel, when the light is radiated to the light fixing layer, the light fixing layer is softened, thereby fixing the phosphor layers.
