摘要： A hot melt insulation fixing plate, along with a plug and a socket using the hot melt insulation fixing plate are disclosed. The hot melt insulation fixing plate forms contact limit between two conductive members to constitute a closed path, and enables the two conductive members to be opened by an elastic force to form an open circuit when the hot melt fixing plate is damaged by overheat. The hot melt insulation fixing plate includes an insulative annular sleeve being sheathed on the two conductive members and having two opposite stopping parts and two opposite connecting parts that connect the two stopping parts. The two stopping parts and the two connecting parts commonly define a holding space to contain the two conductive members, forming contact limit between the two conductive members. The hot melt insulation fixing plate is further applied to overheat protection for a plug and a socket.

摘要： The invention belongs to the field of overvoltage protection devices intended to protect sensitive electric/electronic devices and assemblies against effects of increased voltages, more precisely to the field of overvoltage protective devices provided with an electronic assembly intended to extend a life span of the basic component and to ensure a higher quality level of protection of electronic devices. The redundant overvoltage circuit breaker with a rotational disk and with an added electronic assembly intended to extend a life span of an overvoltage component is characterized in that it has a gas discharge tube (3) connected in series with a coil (5) and a resistor (4) with a positive thermal characteristic, and a gas discharge tube (6) connected parallel thereto; that a common point of these two branches prevents a route of leakage current via gas discharge tube (3) between the terminals, which can be connected to a line or neutral conductor, via varistor to an earthing point; that there is no leakage current in any of these two branches, since the varistor is galvanically separated between the clamp terminal and the earthing point; that in case of increased current surges the gas discharge tube (6) discharges through a branch of the varistor (7 and 8) into the earthing point; that the varistors (7 and 8) each has its own rotational circuit breaker (9 and 10).

摘要： A reflowable thermal fuse includes a conduction element with first and second ends, disposed within a housing. The reflowable thermal fuse also includes an elastic element disposed within the housing and adapted to apply force on the conduction element in an activated state of the reflowable thermal fuse. A restraining element is utilized to secure the elastic element and prevent the elastic element from applying force on the conduction element in an installation state of the reflowable thermal fuse. Application of an activating current through the restraining element causes the restraining element to break and thereby release the elastic element and place the reflowable thermal fuse in the activated state.

摘要： A brushless motor for a blower fan unit has a circuit structure constituted by a drive control circuit and a fuse member. The drive control circuit supplying drive current comprises a first circuit section for eliminating surges of electric power and a second circuit section for controlling magnetic field generated by the stator. The first and second circuit sections are three-dimensionally arranged with a predetermined space therebetween. The fuse member electrically connects the first and second circuit sections. An end portion of the fuse member is welded with the first circuit section, and the other end portion of the fuse member is soldered with the second circuit section. The fuse member cuts an electrical connection between the first and second circuit sections when a temperature of solder becomes higher than a predetermined temperature.

摘要： A surge protector module is provided with a housing with an internal space, a separator disposed within the housing which divides the internal space into first and second spaces within the housing, and a surge protection device. The surge protection device has a surge protector mounted within the first space and a disconnect mechanism operable to conductively disconnect one of the terminals of the surge protector from one of the terminals of the surge protection device in the presence of a prolonged overvoltage surge across the terminals of the surge protector. A combustion-retardant material is disposed within the housing of the surge protector module so that it occupies only the first space within the housing, leaving the second space within the housing substantially free of the combustion-retardant material, and the disconnect mechanism is disposed in the second space in which no combustion-retardant material is disposed. Consequently, the presence of the combustion-retardant material does not interfere with the operation of the disconnect mechanism.
