    • A reactor includes an annular core, coils, a sensor detecting a state of the reactor, and a connector outputting signal from the sensor. Resin-molded bodies are provided around the annular core. The resin-molded body has bobbins for the respective coils and core covering portions formed integrally with each other. An exposed area where no resin covers the bottom of the core is formed in the lower face of the covering portions. A holder to fasten the connector is formed integrally with the upper portion of the covering portion. An assembly including the resin-molded bodies in which the annular core is embedded, and the coils wound around the bobbins are retained in a metal casing. A clearance is formed between the assembly and the casing, and a filler is filled in this clearance. The filler covers the exposed area of the core bottom.

    • Method and system for predicting an oil temperature of a transformer for a desired load and/or predicting a load that a transformer can support for a desired time. A machine learning algorithm is developed using historical data of a transformer. After the algorithm is developed, historical data corresponding to the transformer are input into the algorithm to develop a profile of the transformer describing how the temperature of oil within the transformer is expected to change as a function of a desired load. Using the profile, the of temperature of the transformer is predicted for a desired load. In this way, a prediction is made as to whether and/or for how long a transformer may support a desired load before the oil temperature reaches a specified threshold and/or before the transformer fails due to the load.

    • A manufacturing method for a reactor in which resin for covering at least a part of a coil is formed integrally with the coil comprise a step of manufacturing a molded product and a step of attaching a temperature sensor such that the temperature sensor is opposed to a first face. The step of manufacturing the molded product includes following i) to iii): i) arranging the reactor in a cavity space for injection-molding of resin; ii) fixing the coil with the surface of a mold brought into contact with the first face and a second face located at positions which sandwich the coil on the periphery of the coil; and iii) injecting resin into the cavity space to cover at least a coil surface around the first face and a coil surface around the second face with the resin, with the first face and the second face exposed.
