摘要： A circuit device includes a substrate and a coil component including a first coil and a second coil that are magnetically coupled to each other. A wiring pattern includes a first wiring line, a second wiring line, a third wiring line on which capacitors are mounted in series, and a fourth wiring line that electrically connects the first wiring line or the second wiring line to a ground electrode. A distance between a first current path on which a current flows from the coil component to a ground electrode via the third wiring line and a second current path on which a current flows from the first wiring line or the second wiring line to the ground electrode via the fourth wiring line on which capacitors are mounted at an electrode is not constant.

摘要： A matrix transformer includes a magnetic core structure and windings. The magnetic core structure includes magnetic legs and a pair of spaced-apart magnetic plates that are connected together by the magnetic legs. The windings are wrapped around the magnetic legs and have electric current flow directions which cause magnetic fluxes within the magnetic core structure that cancel out in a middle region of each magnetic plate thereby leaving the middle region of each magnetic plate to be a magnetic field-free zone. A first one of the magnetic plates has a recess extending through its middle region within its magnetic field-free zone. A cooling pin connected to a heat sink is insertable through the recess.

The conductive wire includes a triple-insulated wire surrounded by three sheets of insulating paper to maintain the insulating distance from the conductive patterns.
