摘要： A vehicle starting control system includes a server for managing a starting state of a vehicle and a vehicle-mounted device for controlling the starting state of the vehicle based on a control command for controlling the starting state of the vehicle provided from the server. The server is accessibly connected to a financial system and can monitor a status of payment of a predetermined charge for the vehicle via the financial system. When the payment of the predetermined charge for the vehicle is detected, the server can control the starting state of the vehicle by providing the vehicle-mounted device with the control command for controlling the starting state of the vehicle via at least one of a communication means, a mobile terminal, and an IC card.

摘要： A method for hiring out transportation means for transporting goods, wherein, at a depot, at least one transportation means is provided for use and return. Each transportation means has a detection means. The user of a transportation means carries a mobile communication device. The method uses at least one motivator to motivate the user to return the transportation means. Before return of the transportation means to the depot, the mobile communication device and the transportation means are associated by using a detection means in a first detection process and identifiers of the mobile communication device and the transportation means, which are linked, are stored by at least one computer system. Upon return of the transportation means, a second detection process is done. Data obtained by the two detection processes are used by the at least one computer system to allow the use of the at least one motivator.

摘要： A pushcart vending system that includes a plurality of pushcarts, a vending unit, a track and a gate assembly attached to the track and coupled to the vending unit. Each pushcart includes a lightweight body attached to rigid frame mounted on wheels. The body is configured to pivot vertically over the frame assembly thereby enabling rigid frames on adjacent pushcarts to be stacked. Attached to each frame assembly is a catch bar assembly that includes a wear plate that extends into an offset, longitudinally aligned slot formed on the track. Attached to the wear plate is an upper roller and a lower roller that travel over the outside surface and the inside surface, respectively, on the track. A gate assembly is dual directional to allow pushcarts to be individually dispensed and returned from the same end of the track thereby enabling the system to be setup in small staging areas.

Each of the plurality of users may be checked in to the vehicle, such as by submitting log in credentials to a device associated with the vehicle or connecting their user device to the vehicle's device. Once inside the vehicle, parameters for the user may be determined, including weight of the user and the user's luggage and a start and endpoint of the user's use of the vehicle. The user may then be billed their pro rata share of the total costs for use of the vehicle.
