摘要： An electro-hydraulic control system for actuating a control valve includes a control module. The control module is coupled to the surface via at least one hydraulic line and two electrical power lines. The control module uses one of the hydraulic lines as a “supply” line and the other line as a “return” line if included. Each hydraulic line of the at least one hydraulic lines can be used as an “open” line or a “close” line to open or close the control valve. The control module includes two normally closed (NC) solenoid valves (SOVs) that are coupled to the electrical power lines and can be controlled from the surface to open or close. The opening or closing of the NC SOVs in cooperation with hydraulic pressure on a “supply” line of the hydraulic lines operates (i.e., closes or opens) the control valve.

摘要： A pneumatic flow controlling device is disclosed. The device includes a perforated component disposed on a bottom component coupled to a top surface of a pneumatic vacuum elevator. The perforated component includes multiple perforations to enable air circulation from outside to inside of the elevator cylinder. The device also includes a diaphragm component to expand and compress based on the air circulation. The device also includes a primary valve to allow an air supply to the elevator cylinder for controlling movement of an elevator cabin within a tubular pathway based on a control signal received from an elevator controller. The device also includes a secondary valve to allow the air supply to the elevator cylinder for dynamically varying speed of the elevator cabin at one or more landing positions.

摘要： Various embodiments include a method for controlling a pressure dissipation valve comprising a closure element, a spring applying a spring force urging the closure element toward the closed position, and an electromagnetic actuator responding to an applied voltage to urge the closure element to an open position. The method may include: applying a constant voltage until the closure element begins motion counter to the spring force; immediately ending the voltage upon the beginning of motion; thereafter, applying a pulsed voltage to the actuator to induce a substantially constant holding-open current intensity; maintaining the pulsed voltage for a predetermined duration to hold the closure element open; and interrupting the application of voltage after the predetermined duration, wherein the closure element moves into the closed position as a result of the spring force.

In exemplary embodiments, the back pressure regulator includes an inlet, an outlet, a seat disposed between the inlet and the outlet and defining at least part of a fluid pathway, and a needle displaceable relative to the seat to form a restriction region therebetween for restricting fluid flow between the inlet and the outlet. 摘要： A fluid supply system and method is provided that includes a fluid pump, a pressure sensor, a pressure relief valve (PRV), and a fluid monitoring device. The fluid pump receives fluid from a first conduit and discharges fluid into a second conduit. The pressure sensor produces sensed fluid pressure signals. The PRV is in signal communication with the pressure sensor. The fluid monitoring device includes a control orifice in fluid communication with second and third conduits. The second conduit has a first inner diameter, the third conduit has a second inner diameter, and the control orifice has an orifice inner diameter, and the orifice inner diameter is less than the first and second inner diameters. The pressure sensor senses fluid pressure in the third conduit at a position in close proximity to the control orifice. The fluid monitoring device may be in a lead or a lag domain configuration.

The pneumatic blowdown/inlet valve assembly uses a first stage vacuum pressure to actuate the first piston and the second piston from an idle state where the inlet valve is closed to stop a flow of working fluid into the fluid compressor system and the blowdown valve is open to depressurize the fluid compressor system to an actuated state where the inlet valve is open to allow the flow of working fluid into a first airend and the blowdown valve is closed to allow a pressure buildup in the fluid compressor system.
