The method employs a one-step anion exchange chromatography method. The method allows purification and/or quantification of a homogenous post-translationally modified α-thrombin. 摘要： The present invention relates to analytical testing devices comprising a single channel with micro-environment sensors and methods for assaying coagulation in a fluid sample applied to the micro-environment sensors, and in particular, to performing coagulation assays using a single channel with micro-environment sensors in a point of care test cartridge. For example, the present invention may be directed to a sample analysis cartridge including an inlet chamber configured to receive a biological sample and a conduit fluidically connected to the inlet chamber. The conduit includes a sensor chip including a first micro-environment sensor and a second microenvironment sensor, and a fluid lock valve. The sample analysis cartridge further includes a pump configured to push the biological sample over the first micro-environment sensor and the second microenvironment sensor to the fluidic lock valve such that the biological sample is positioned over the first micro-environment sensor and the second micro-environment sensor.

摘要： Mutants of the DNA sequence coding for the protease (FSAP) which activates blood clotting factor VII and single-chain plasminogen activators, the mutants comprising a G/C base exchange at nucleotide position 1177 and/or a G/A base exchange at nucleotide position 1601, are described. The corresponding protease has a Glu/Gln exchange at amino acid position 393 and/or a Gly/Glu exchange at amino acid position 534. Diagnostic methods which are used for detecting FSAP in body fluids or tissue cells and also for identifying patients with genetic heterozygous or homozygous FSAP expression are also described. In addition, antibodies against FSAP and its mutants are disclosed and diagnostic methods which can be used to detect antibodies against FSAP and its mutants are specified.

摘要： The present invention relates to the use of coagulation proteins and complexes thereof with anticoagulation proteins for the lysis of blood clots or other applications affected by accelerated plasmin production. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for accelerating the dissolution of a blood clot through the administration of at least one coagulation protein, with or without being in complex with a serpin, comprising a basic C-terminal amino acid, wherein the coagulation protein may be a derivative of Factor X or Factor V or a combination thereof. Pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment and prophylaxis of blood clots are also provided, wherein, the methods and products of the present invention advantageously accelerate clot dissolution while potentially minimizing the adverse side-effects, such as hemorrhaging, seen with other clot dissolving agents. The present invention also provides a method for detecting a fibrinolytic potential in a subject.
