    • A pressure sensor includes a sensor chip that detects a pressure of a pressure medium; and a case that accommodates the sensor chip and has an inlet port connected with the outside, the case having a pressure inlet portion surrounding the inlet port. The pressure inlet portion is configured from: a front wall placed forward of the case with a clearance; a top wall and a pair of side walls, each which is connected to the front wall; and an opening introducing the pressure medium into the inlet port from a lower position with respect to the inlet port. The top wall is connected to the side walls and angled in entirety toward an upper position with respect to the inlet port. The front wall has an opening end configuring the opening, the opening end being recessed toward the top wall in an arc shape.

    • A fluid monitoring assembly includes a conduit having a wall defining a lumen for carrying fluid. A sensor mount is integrally formed with the wall of the conduit and extends generally transverse with respect to a longitudinal axis of the conduit, the sensor mount including an aperture defining an inner surface extending to the lumen. The assembly includes a sensor configured to be removably secured within the sensor mount, the sensor having an elongate body terminating at one end thereof in a sensing portion, the elongate body having a male projection on a portion thereof and configured to rest within the inner surface of the sensor mount. The assembly further includes a housing having first and second portions connected to one another, the housing defining an interior portion configured to encapsulate the conduit, at least a portion of the elongate body of the sensor, and the sensor mount.

    • One embodiment is directed towards a physics package of an atomic sensor. The physics package includes a plurality of panes of optically transparent material enclosing a vacuum chamber and one or more wedges attached to an external surface of one or more of the panes. The physics package also includes at least one of a light source, photodetector, or mirror attached to the one or more wedges, the light source configured to generate an input light beam for the vacuum chamber, the photodetector configured to detect an output light beam from the vacuum chamber, and the mirror configured to reflect a light beam from the vacuum chamber back into the vacuum chamber, wherein the wedge is configured to oriented such a light source, photodetector, or mirror such that a respective light beam corresponding thereto transmits through a corresponding pane at an acute angle with respect to the corresponding pane.
