摘要： A method for drying at least one unfired columnar honeycomb formed body, the honeycomb formed body comprising a raw material composition containing at least one raw material of ceramics, water and at least one heat-gelling binder, and comprising plurality of cells comprising flow paths penetrating from a first bottom surface to a second bottom surface in an inside of an outer sidewall, the cells being defined by partition walls, the method comprising a step of drying the honeycomb formed body by allowing hot gas satisfying 0.8≤T2/T1≤3.3 in which T1 represents a gelation temperature of the binder (° C.) and T2 represents a wet-bulb temperature of hot gas (° C.), to pass through the flow paths of the plurality of cells such that the hot gas flows into the first bottom surface and flows out of the second bottom surface, while surrounding an outer side surface of the honeycomb formed body by a correction mold comprising an inner side surface shape corresponding to the outer side surface shape of the honeycomb formed body, wherein during the step of drying the honeycomb formed body, at least a part of the outer side surface of the honeycomb formed body receives pressure from the inner side surface of the correction mold, whereby the honeycomb formed body is subjected to shape correction.

摘要： A system and method for an intelligent hair drying/styling apparatus with user information transmission and storage capabilities is herein provided. The hair drying/styling apparatus houses a control circuit board and an infrared or temperature sensor (or camera) in order detect an individual's hair condition moisture level to determine a user specific, customizable dryer setting. The information detected by the sensor is stored locally, on a proximal Internet-enabled device, or on a remote or cloud-based server and accessed by the hair drying/styling apparatus through a wireless local area network connectivity function. Accordingly, a user's hair temperature-drying profile may be stored and later recalled to provide optimal hair styling setting customized for that user. This innovation will enable any number of hair professionals and or end consumers to improve styling and dry time. Such a profile may contain a proprietary V-Factor calculation that will, among other applications, correspond to the use of a coordinated and optimized hair spray solution. According to the present invention, energy usage is reduced to enable a more efficient design.

Heating the inert gas atmosphere up to 165 to 175° C., d. increasing the pressure in the inert gas atmosphere to 14-16 bar; e. maintaining the temperature in step c. and the pressure in step d. for from 90 to 150 minutes; f. cooling the inert gas atmosphere to a temperature of 20 to 35° C. g. retrieving the treated wood batch.
